It is delicious triangle, it has a pastry similar to the baklava, hazelnuts and honey/syrup, but crunchy like a millefeuille. All completed with a soft cream, lighter than custard but more full-bodied than whipped cream. My suggestion is to try a little one for the first time. It is really tastefully and can be kind of heavy if you belly is already full.
