J	Jill Marinakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a wonderful place to visit. You can find typical Greek pastries, and Politiko specialties. Aesthetically, one will find it purely traditional. The help is very professional a d courteous. Make sure to taste a bit of everything.

Friendly staff and you can see into display kitchen where all the pastry chefs are working. And to top it off, a classical pianist plays on the baby grand - a decadent way of eating your ice cream!

A couple of months ago i ordered “kokakia” and they were so old & hard like a stone. Went to the store to complain and they admitted the bad quality and offered a replacement. However the replacement was also not fresh (better than before but still old). Today I placed a big order of “kokakia” , “tartakia”, “macaron”, “black forest” & “ millefeuille”. Everything was fresh and good except the millefeuille which had just a tiny bit of cream layer ? It was mostly pastry and that was really disappointing for my guests since they all had high expectations (millefeuille is the landmark of Konstantinidis). I never had any issue when buying in person inside the store. The personnel is kind and professional always helping in the best possible way. However the online orders seem to have serious issues and that is really disappointing.

m	marea1427 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great pastry shop, unfortunately the staff was a bit lost during the festive season, we had to wait 20 minutes to get our order and when we asked to pay for it we found out it wasn't processed and had to wait more. Furthermore never had so soggy puff pastry in my life.

Besides making an excellent cappuccino (only €1.80), they gave us each a full size sample of their homemade nistisimo karidopita (Lenten walnut cake), which was delicious! Fantastic service- everyone was friendly, talkative, helpful and efficient...plus fair prices for excellent quality.
