T	T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear, The situation: in 2020 we had booked airline tickets via Tripair to Vienna (Austria). This flight has been canceled due to COVID-19. In the Tripair send us, it was stated that we can use these airline tickets at a later time. My partner and I would like to use these plane tickets to go to Vienna (Austria) on 16/08/2021. To make use of this, we had to inform you of the new travel dates. We did this on 15/07, but we haven't received an answer yet. Would it be possible to help us further? We also have to book our hotel and there are not many rooms available. Kind regards

I try now every week to reach someone but unfortunately without any chance. No one answers our mails and nobody follow-up on our requirements :-( Don't recomand their services !!!!

They charged me for a flight booking, then emailed me the booking was cancelled and that the money has been credited back to me, but I it has not. I am still waiting and trying to contact them without luck, their phone number just cuts the call off.

Our onward journey to Prague was cancelled by the airline, and that is when we first contacted Tripair. Was a bit worried looking at the negative reviews but my experience was just opposite. Three cancellations from the airline, of which one was just few days before our return journey, but Tripair helped us with alternatives and our holiday to Prague worked out without any hassle.
B	Bogdan Curteanu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be aware! This is a scam agency! In 2020 I bought from the 2 airplane tickets from Qatar for a flight that in the end was canceled due to covid. Qatar refunded the money to Tripair but I have not seen my money back to this day. They stalled and stalled for a year. After that they did not answer to mails anymor AVOID!!!
M	Mo k on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was making a booking and screen was showing 4000 aed; however when i checked my credit card, i found that i was charged 4300 aed. I tried calling but the number wasn't working. I complained through email and they responded within an hour and said they will investigate. Next day they found the error was due to currecy fluctuation as they do transactions in euro. They took responsibility and said they will reverse the difference to my credit card. I think most bad reviews are from pandemic time, which everyone was facing problems. I hope they fix the phone problems though.
J	Jamie Rizk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nearly 2 years after cancelling our flights due to the pandemic, we are still waiting on a refund. When they occasionally reply to the emails, they give the same automated response, that payment has been made and to check with your banking institutions, however no payment was ever made. Having checked with the airline, TripAir were reimbursed pretty soon after cancellation, so there was no excuse. For me this company has taken advantage of the pandemic to make a quick buck, I fear that I may never be reimbursed and honestly have no idea what to do to even get the money back except continue to email in some vain hope that one day it will be returned.
