★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place serves great food, the fish and seafood are fresh and delicious and mother-in-law makes the best tarama salad and the best potato garlic sauce.
But this review is not about that, it's about the fish soup, the amazing fish soup. This is a to order dish, meaning you order it a day before, but it's so worth the wait. You choose the fish you want, Virginia, the wife of the chef, will guide you to choose the best fish, it needs to have a bit of fat and collagen in order to flavour the broth (we had a red scorpion fish), and then you wait for a day to pass.
When you get back you are rewarded with an amazing dish, the fish is light, flaky and full of flavour, the aromatics are sweet and the broth, oh my God, the broth is super flavourfull yet beautifully balanced and not over powering.
When you put everything together you are rewarded with a culinary experiece, that in the words of Jhonn, the chef, you will not find anywhere else. And he is right about that.
