The location is super nice in the middle of lively neighborhood with bars, cafes, food and nightlife. Perfect for a young couple. The apartment has everything you need and beyond that. My girlfriend and I even made pancakes one morning. There’s plenty of room, and it doesn’t feel cramped at all. The bathroom is very nice with a big shower. The look is also very nice decorated with graffiti on the wall, and the furnitures and colors gives it a modern look. The bed was perfect and the wifi was just fine. The self Check-in was nice and easy (we arrived in the middle of the night). Overall, super nice apartment with great location, perfect necessities/equipment and modern vibe. Perfect for a young couple. Would definitely come back!

Very good price and very good personal care by the friendly and smiling host. Bed and facilities inside are very good and modern. Will be back for sure.

Since it’s a self-serviced apartment so don’t expect that there would be 24-hours front desk service offered, so guests are recommended to communicate with the managerial staffs (i.e. Despina) well before their stay and the representatives would try to satisfy your requests concerning issues like early/late check in, luggage storage and even laundry service. The apartment is flawlessly clean and completely refurbished with modern and stylish décor. You could enjoy a high degree of privacy inside the premises and there are eateries and amenities nearby. It’s just a 7-minute walk to the metro station and the heart of the city (Monastiraki) and other tourist attractions are within walking distance. For those who are into clubbing and night life, this apartment is definitely your ideal choice because the pubs and clubs are just downstairs. Yet if you intend to travel with the kids and prefer a tranquil evening, you may need to consider other areas (but there are sound-proof windows in the room).

What I really liked: - The room is clean, and looks neat & modern. - The location is perfect!!! - Good coffee available right on the opposite of the door - Service is great and Despina replies to any request quickly and helpfully - The bed is super comfortable! - Easy and uncomplicated to check-in and out - TV can sign-in to your Youtube and Netflix accounts - Kitchenette is equipped with all necessary stuff As little disadvantages of the room I would say: - The rooms are not very soundproof - There is not a lot of space to store luggage and clothes (not a big issue for me but for couples who stay longer it might be a concern) - Water in the shower is only hot for about 5 minutes - Even though they have detergent there, doing laundry usually requires to bring the own detergent (they made an exception for me though) Overall, I would recommend it! And I would go there again in the future.

(For me location is very important) But there are more things that I enjoyed and made this place one of my favourite: - modern and newly furnished - very comfortable bed - very friendly and helpful host - very clean - I had everything I needed for cooking Etc. I can’t find anything to be missing or to be improved - was just perfect for me. Thanks again for sharing this place Ronen & Despina!
