Μπροβο για την πρωτοβουλία σας κάνετε πράξη το αυτονόητο που στις μέρες μας σπανίζει ! Congratulations to the company that gives priority to families with young children who were waiting in the sun to board the IONIS from Kythnos as due to the control of certificates and tickets there is an inevitable wait in line. N	Nikos Drakos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτος καπετάνιος, του ζήτησα να περιμένει 2' και έφυγε. 50€ εισητήρια για 3 άτομα και αυτοκίνητο πηγαν τσάμπα. Φυσικά είναι δικό μας φταίξιμο που αργήσαμε αλλά το να φύγει το πλοίο 9.02 αντί για 9 δεν νομίζω πως θα ήταν και τόσο μεγάλη ζημιά για την εταιρεία σας. Unacceptable captain, I asked him to wait 2 'and he left. 50 € tickets for 3 people and car went hand in hand. Of course it is our fault that we were late but the departure of the ship 9.02 instead of 9 I do not think would be such a big loss for your company.

The car with 4 people in, was literally 1 minute late due to bad signal of GPS (all passengers + car's tickets paid!) and the small ferry didn't wait to take it in. We had to pay everything again and wait for 7 more hours at Lavrio' s port until we get in the next ferry, while half of our friends were already on the ferry and had informed the staff that we would have been there in a minute. Two minutes of delay wouldn't harm anyone as it already happens due to bad weather some days. The ferry company has taken under consideration any possible small delay so it wouldn't cause any other departure delay. They don't care about the customers at all, only about eating money!
