★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχουν ενημερωθεί για επείγον επίσημο έγγραφο που πρέπει να στείλουν για να σφραγιστεί από Φρουραρχειο Αθηνών και επί 3 ώρες κάθονται και τα "ξύνουν", ενώ τρέχω όλη μέρα και έχω γίνει μπαλάκι του συστήματος και της γραφειοκρατίας. Ασέβεια και αντι-επαγγελματισμος στο μεγαλείο του. Αίσχος και ντροπή!
 They have been informed of an urgent official document that must be sent to be sealed by the Athens Guard and for 3 hours they sit and "scratch" them, while I run all day and I have become a ball of the system and the bureaucracy. Disrespect and anti-professionalism in its grandeur. Shame and shame!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εκανα ηλεκτρονικά την αίτηση για την αντικατάσταση του παλαιού διπλώματος ταχυπλόου με το νέο (χάρτινο-πλαστικό). Ολα έγιναν βήμα βήμα, υπήρχε ενημέρωση με emails και το καλύτερό είναι ότι σηκώνουν το τηλέφωνο αμέσως και είναι πρόθυμοι να εξυπηρετήσουν! 15 μέρες μετά την ολοκλήρωση της αίτησης με πήραν τηλέφωνο για να παραλάβω το καινούργιο δίπλωμα. Μπράβο στα νέα παιδιά που κάνουν τη δουλειά τους σωστά, χωρίς τις "παλιές αντιλήψεις" του παίρνω το μισθό μου βρέξει/χιονίσει και ας ταλαιπωρείται ο κόσμος!!!

Ακόμα δεν το πιστεύω.........
I applied electronically for the replacement of the old speedboat diploma with the new one (paper-plastic). Everything was done step by step, there was an update with emails and the best thing is that they pick up the phone immediately and are willing to serve! 15 days after the application was completed, they called me to pick up the new diploma. Well done to the young children who do their job properly, without his "old perceptions" I get my salary rained / snowed and let the people suffer !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν πολύ καλή σε σύγκριση με άλλες δημόσιες υπηρεσίες. Τουλάχιστον δείχνουν προθυμία για να εξυπηρετήσουν.
The service was very good compared to other public services. At least they show a willingness to serve.
