★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hotel is situated on the southside of the island Kreta where no mass tourism can be found. Direct at the beach and the center of Tsoutsouros is easy to reach within a 5minutes footwalk. The hotel is family leaded and they are providing a reason for every guest-wish. With a rented car you can explore the island perfectly from this point. We stayed there for 9 nights and would go there again every time. Included breakfast was simple but totally enough. Tsoutsouros itself offers some nice original greek restaurants and the original greeks can be found here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not a good place to stay if you are looking for relax and good service. No professional, expensive and the costumer ist not important for these People they only care the Business and the money. The owner of this place has no respect for the community and the personal are arrogant specially the french guy at the reception. They book only charters and the real tourist are not treat well. Awfull place in a paradise town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst customer service in Crete. My boyfriend is local, and he couldn’t believe it. We walked in on Monday at 8pm looking for a room, and the older man at the counter didn’t even greet us. When he finally looked up, he was rude like we were inconveniencing him. We left and walked to San Georgio Hotel. We were quoted 35€ for an ocean front room which is HALF what Triton Hotel wanted to charge us! And the customer service at San Georgio was top notch. It’s a shame that this man is losing business in an already hurting economy. We were so happy to leave this place in search of better quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been coming to the Triton for almost 20 years. It is now under new management since 2018. It is still a nice hotel but more expensive than previous. Beach towels can be supplied for a 5 euro fee. Breakfast was buffet style with both hit and cold items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asked if we could stay for the night and the receptionist was so rude and impolite we could not be bothered to spend a minute here. We stayed at Seaview appartementsgebouw instead: studio and lovely people and great price. Have a great holiday and… do not go here.
