★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολυ ωραια δωματια και πολυ καθαρα, αξιζει να παει καποιος για διακοπες και το φαγητο εξαισιο !!!
 Very nice rooms and very clean, it is worth going for a vacation and the food is excellent !!!

They were amazing, the rooms very clean, the food delicious and the staff very helpful !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν καταλαβαίνω γιατί πάει κόσμος για φαγητό εκεί. Περιμέναμε τόσο πολύ για το οτιδήποτε, που σιγά σιγά από τα δέκα ατομα που ήμασταν, μείναμε δύο, περιμένοντας καρτερικά τον λογαριασμό.
Όταν μετά από μισή ώρα ήρθε, και έβγαλα την κάρτα να πληρώσω, ο κυριος δυσανασχέτησε και μου είπε ότι δεν έχουν pos και να πάω στο διπλανό τους σούπερ μάρκετ αύριο (!!!!!) να πληρώσω!
Όταν ανέφερα ότι αύριο φεύγω αλλά θα περάσω το πρωί, μάλλον τρομοκρατήθηκε ότι θα χάσει τα λεφτά και πήγε άρον άρον να ανοίξει το μίνι μάρκετ.
Είμαστε στο 2019 και απλά κάποιοι δεν λένε να συμμορφωθούν, τι να πω.
I do not understand why people go there to eat. We waited so long for anything, that little by little from the ten people we were, we stayed two, eagerly waiting for the bill.
When after half an hour he came, and I took out the card to pay, the gentleman was upset and told me that they have no pos and I should go to the supermarket next to them tomorrow (!!!!!) to pay!
When I mentioned that I was leaving tomorrow but would spend the morning, he was probably terrified that he would lose his money and went to the mini market to open it.
We are in 2019 and some just do not say to comply, what to say.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τραγικό.....μας έβαλαν σε ένα δωμάτιο που βρωμουσε βόθρο.η δικαιολογία ήταν ότι είχαν πρόβλημα με το βιολογικό καθαρισμό και πως σε λιγη ωρα θα ήταν όλα εντάξει.ουτε τη δεύτερη μέρα που ήμασταν εκεί δεν σταμάτησε να βρωμάει,οπότε και αποφασισαμε να φύγουμε...η κατά τα άλλα κυρία του ...κτηρίου το μόνο που είχε να μας πει ,ήταν ότι στους προηγουμενους δεν βρωμαγε..!! Εν έτη 2019 αυτού του είδους οι "υπηρεσίες" είναι ντροπή.
Tragic ..... they put us in a messy room. The excuse was that they had a problem with biological cleaning and that in a little while it would be all right. On the second day we were there it didn't stop messing, so we decided let's go ... the other lady of the ... building all she had to tell us was that the previous ones didn't mess .. !! In 2019 such "services" are a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente consigliato per una visita a Keratokampos. Locazione eccezionale di fronte al mare, ampie camere e arredate con gusto, cena superlativa con sottofondo di musica jazz... non il classico menù delle taverne cretesi ma più elaborato e ben presentato... da mangiare con gli occhi! I gestori Christos e Babis sono fantastici!
Absolutely recommended for a visit to Keratokampos. Exceptional location facing the sea, large and tastefully furnished rooms, superb dinner with jazz music in the background ... not the classic Cretan tavern menu but more elaborate and well presented ... to eat with your eyes! Managers Christos and Babis are great!
