★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Γοητεύομαι κάθε φορά από τη γεύση, την εμφάνιση, την αίσθηση των τρουφών-κοσμημάτων Μπαρμπαρήγου!... Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα και τα μπισκότα βουτύρου!... Και τόσα άλλα εξαιρετικά γλυκά, που όλα τα διακρίνει η ποιότητα των υλικών και η αίσθηση της σπιτική φροντίδας στην κάθε λεπτομέρεια τους (γευστικής ή εμφανισιακής)! Πέντε αστέρια!
 I am always fascinated by the taste, the appearance, the feeling of the Barbarigos truffles-jewelry! ... I unreservedly recommend the butter cookies! ... care in every detail (taste or appearance)! Five stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ωραία γλυκά αλλά δεν είναι τρούφες! Πήραμε μια ποικιλία διαφορετικών γεύσεων για να δοκιμάσουμε αλλά από την πρώτη μπουκιά καταλάβαμε ότι αυτά δεν είναι τρούφες αλλά κάτι άλλο! Είχαν πάνω και κάτω παντεσπάνι και ενδιάμεσα κρέμα…Νόστιμα μεν, αλλά καμία σχέση, με τις κλασικές τρούφες σοκολάτας που έχουν στο κέντρο πηχτή κρέμα ganache. Ερχόμενοι από τη χώρα της σοκολάτας, την Ελβετία, μας φάνηκε εντελώς άλλο γλυκό… Ίσως στην Κρήτη αυτά τα γλυκά να τα λένε «τρούφες»… Δεν ξέρω!
Nice sweets but not truffles! We got a variety of different flavors to try but from the first bite we understood that these are not truffles but something else! They had sponge cake top and bottom and cream in between… Delicious, but nothing to do with the classic chocolate truffles that have ganache cream in the center. Coming from the country of chocolate, Switzerland, we saw a completely different sweet… Maybe in Crete these sweets are called "truffles"… I do not know!
