★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When looking for a long term rental in Crete, I contacted several different real estate agencies in the island. Most of them would take days to reply, or not reply at all, and when they finally did, they'd have few and poor options to rent from.
Tsatsakis & Partners was the only agency that was very responsive and communicative from day 1. They helped me find a great house in an excellent location, within my budget. I'd definitely work with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tsatsakis & Partners is the best agency to deal business with if looking for buying or renting the property in Chania Prefecture.
After trying to deal with multiple other agents/agencies, they fully understood our desires and concerns and found us a nice property to rent and have been very responsive to all our demands for changes or additions. So far, we are very happy with their professionalism and willingness to help. Marilena is so helpful and friendly one can only wish for to deal with. For us foreigners (Canadians), it is extremely important to have a local person able to understand our needs and specific requests and deliver upon them. We hope this successful relationship continues for the rest of the rental agreement period. Highly recommended.
