C	Chris Gkountis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απλά απαράδεκτος, πήγα για απλό service ένα αλυσοπριόνο husqvarna 15ετών τελη Μαΐου του 2020 οπότε και έγινε η πρώτη ανάρτηση. Ζητησε προκαταβολη 20ευρω χωρις να μου πει το τελικο ποσο και οταν τον ρωτησα ποσο υπολογιζει να κοστισει μου απαντησε "οσο κοστισει και θα ειμαι ευχαριστημενος αν δεν μου το αφησεις". Το μηχάνημα λειτουργεί δεν ζήτησα επισκευή. Αν θεωρείς οτι χρειάζεται επισκευή, αναφέρεις το πρόβλημα και το κόστος. Αλλά το πρόβλημα δεν είναι το κόστος, το πρόβλημα είναι η συμπεριφορά και η αγένεια. Ακόμη και να μην θέλεις να το αναλάβεις μπορείς να το πεις ευγενικά.. Η απάντηση από τον ιδιοκτήτη είναι 11 μήνες μετά. Πραγματικά αυτό δείχνει την εκτίμηση στους πελάτες. Για την ιστορία πάντως να αναφέρω ότι όταν μπήκα στο μαγαζί υπήρχε μόνο 1 φίλος ή συνεργάτης του ιδιοκτήτη και το πρώτο πράγμα που ανέφερα ήταν ότι δεν το βιάζομαι. Two STIHL Authorized Stores could not hurry ..... and in two working days I had my STIHL mower .... as BRAND NEW ... with a machine that works like a Swiss watch !! !! °
S	Stavros Kotsianis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτος! πήρα πριν 10 μήνες ένα θάμνο κοπτικό με εγγύηση 1χρονο βγήκε ελλατωματικο το καρμπυρατέρ του το πήγα και μου λέει ότι δεν μπορεί να το περάσει στην εγγύηση.και μάλιστα να το φτιάξω με δικό μου κόστος!! δηλαδή είναι μέχρι να πουληθεί το εργαλείο μετά κάνει τον Κινέζο.απαραδεκτο και αντιεπαγγελματικο..... Αυτό που έκανα στη είσοδο του μαγαζιού σου σε ρώτησα Έλα να δεις το μηχάνημα εάν μπορείς να το αναλάβεις. Και πάλι απαράδεκτος. Λυπάμαι πολύ. Unacceptable behavior.
