Χαρακτηριστικά μου έχει αποτυπωθεί μία από τις φορές που πήγα, με το που μπήκα μέσα στο μαγαζί, το πρώτο πράγμα που μου εκφώνησε ήταν με επιθετικό ύφος: "πιστοποιητικό εμβολιασμού έχεις??" Της απάντησα πως ναι, διαθέτω και ως απάντηση απλά με αγριοκοίταξε. Προς τι το ύφος απειλής και η συστολή που προκαλείται χωρίς λόγο στον πελάτη; Έμεινα άναυδη επίσης από το γεγονός ότι ενώ προσπαθούσα να διαλέξω τι κουμπιά θα πάρω, η πωλήτρια-μια καστανή αυτή τη φορά κυρία- τα μάζευε και τα έβαζε πίσω στο κουτί χωρίς να έχω ολοκληρώσει την επιλογή μου και προκαλώντας μου μια βιασύνη και μια ταραχή με αποτέλεσμα να μη μπορώ να ολοκληρώσω αβίαστα την αγορά μου. Εν τέλει πιέστηκα να διαλέξω ό,τι να 'ναι και να φύγω κακήν κακώς, χωρίς να έχω δει και άλλα προϊόντα που ήθελα, μιας και ένιωθα ότι η παρουσία μου ενοχλούσε στο χώρο και ότι με εξυπηρετούσαν χωρίς να το θέλουν. Και εννοείται ότι τελειώνοντας, δεν μου απηύθηναν ποτέ το λόγο για να με χαιρετίσουν, απλά αποχώρησαν προς τα ενδότερα... Αντιεπαγγελματισμός στο φουλ! Κρίμα, γιατί είναι ωραίο μαγαζί. Characteristically, one of the times I went, when I entered the store, the first thing he said to me was in an aggressive style: "Do you have a vaccination certificate ??" I replied that yes, I have and in response she just glared at me. What is the style of threat and the shyness caused to the customer for no reason? I was also stunned by the fact that while I was trying to choose what buttons to get, the saleswoman - a brown lady this time - picked them up and put them back in the box without having completed my selection and causing me a rush and a commotion with resulting in not being able to complete my purchase effortlessly. In the end, I was forced to choose whatever it was and to leave badly, without having seen other products I wanted, since I felt that my presence in the space was bothering me and that they were serving me without wanting to. And of course, when they finished, they never addressed me to greet me, they just left inside ... Unprofessionalism in full! Too bad, because it's a nice shop.
