Μετά από 2 μήνες ενώ χάλασε κάτι, ή αντικατάσταση τους ήταν άμεση και απροβλημστιστη. Πραγματικά απίθανο μαγαζί. Ίσως το καλύτερο στη νέα Σμύρνη και τα έχω γυρίσει σχεδόν όλα.. Αυτό το βρήκα κατά τύχη. Συνεχίστε την καλή δουλειά. Polite, meticulous I would say with their work. While I was bored to find glasses, they were so busy .. I had fun. And I got good glasses. After 2 months while something went wrong, their replacement was immediate and hassle-free. Really amazing store. Probably the best in the new Smyrna and I have turned almost everything .. I found this by chance. Keep up the good work.
D	Dimitris Bakothanasis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από που να ξεκινήσω. Ας το πάρω από την αρχή. Πριν δύο χρόνια αγόρασα γυαλιά μυωπίας αξίας 400 ευρώ ++ . Με τους καλύτερους φακούς στην αγορά. Πήγα παραλία άφησα τα γυαλιά μέσα στο αυτοκίνητο (στο κουτί τους) , το αυτοκίνητο κάτω από σκιά. Και μετά από 2 ώρες που γύρισα οι φακοί έλιωσαν. Ναι όπως το διαβάσατε έλιωσαν. Να σημειωθεί ότι τα γυαλιά δεν τα φορούσα συχνά, λόγο επειδή έχω ακόμη δύο ζευγάρια και ανάλογα φορούσα. Τα πήγα πίσω μου είπαν ότι έλιωσαν οι επιστρώσεις επειδή τα έβλεπε ο ήλιος (48 ώρες) έχετε δει εσείς να υπάρχει ήλιος 48 ώρες; Συνεχίζω. Του έδωσα τα γυαλιά να τα στείλουν στην Εταιρία μήπως τυχόν μου τα φτιάξουν. Δεύτερο θέμα. Του ζήτησα να μου φτιάξει τα άλλα γυαλιά μου που είχε φύγει η βίδα. Μου τα πήρε και τα κατάστρεψε, μου τα έδωσε να τα φορέσω και ήταν στραβά. Του λέω είναι στραβά και η απάντηση του ( Κυρίου) όταν έρθετε να πάρετε τα άλλα τότε θα τα φτιάξουμε. Ρε νούμερο εγώ θα ντρεπόμουν να βγει άτομο από το μαγαζί μου με γυαλιά στραβά. Ντροπή σου. Αυτά. Με λίγα λόγια το χειρότερο μαγαζί. Σας ευχαριστώ. Where to start. Let me start from the beginning.
