We got a standard room, which was not ok! Really small, awfully decorated! (Physically unable to open closets doors since the room is just to small. Never seen that before! Also a lot of black mold In the bathroom, not what one would expect Breakfast was good, but took a loonggg time to come! (Like 45 minutes). Hotel doesn’t look like they know what their doing. Breakfast took ages and is prepared per table, reception staff looked at me when I entered the facility like I was going to rob the place! (“Oo I just haven’t seen you before “) Last but not least they (the staff of hotel) were flying drones during breakfast over the garden, really annoying and disrespectful for the guests. Upon check out, no questions no nothing! SEND The staff and mgt to a hotel school please For the price, definitely not go again! @the comment of the guest relation manager, please read my comments! Your response is not only showing ignorance, it also shows the lack of a proper hospitality mindset.

Clean and modern hotel with comfortable beds and well equipped bathrooms. Nespresso machine in the room is a nice addition along with mini fridge and regularly restocked water. Air con works well and is included.

Excellent atention, friendly and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast included. Totally recommended, we will surely come back!

Then we went for our complimentary breakfast which was more than we could have asked for: Greek yogurt, fruit, bread with jelly/butter, an egg, spanakopita, cappuccino, & salad. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are modern, clean, bed is comfy and it's perfect for a couple looking for a romantic getaway. The view facing the Meteora rocks is amazing! It's a less than ten minute drive up to the monasteries and is in the perfect location in town especially if you have a rental car. Free parking is available on the street as well. We booked the Signature room and have no regrets. The breakfast is also delicious. You get plenty of food! We left breakfast each morning feeling so full and satisfied. What really made this place stand out was the service! We felt comfortable and at home our entire stay. Everyone was so friendly and went above and beyond to take care of us from the beginning of our stay to the end. If I'm ever back in town, I will for sure book this place again. Thank you Tsikeli Hotel for making our stay one we will not forget!
