★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel offers guests rooms in the underground. Old smelly rooms, no hot water at night, no cleaning of the rooms during your stay, a Wi-Fi system which does not work, lousy breakfast and unfriendly staff.

The rooms and bathroom are spacious and very clean.
The view from our balcony was mesmerizing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great value for the price. Breath-taking views of the meteors. Friendly staff and free parking. Was nice being on this side of town instead of the busier city center of Kalambaka.
That being said, the beds and pillows were rock hard.

The hotel has a beautiful view and the staff are amazing.
The rooms on the other hand are a complete mess. The madrases are old and you cannot get a proper sleep because it actually feels like you’re sleeping on the floor, the blinds to my window were broken and laundry was hanging right outside, the door to my room was not closing properly, the outside furnitures, especially the chairs were tattered, well…the list can be very long.
We checked in at 15:00 and left at 22:00.
It would be nice to renew the rooms because it’s a pity. Our weekend at Meteora was actually ruined because of this.
The reception would be staffed until 22:00. No one was there at 21:30 so we could inform about this and especially the bed. We had to drive all the way home in the middle of the night and we wasted 32 euros for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are very nice and everything is provided. The place is located just under the big cliffs of meteora and it's a perfect location to begin your hike from. The view from the villa is breath taking. My hosts were very nice and ready to help. I had to see a doctor urgently while I was there and they organized everything for me to make that happen- called a taxi, referred me to the local health center, etc. Highly recommended!

in-house breakfast was so so, considering the price charged for breakfast it was fairly priced
