S	Stephan Brüss on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kleine, überaus gut gepflegte Anlage mit insgesamt vier etwa 80-100 m2 großen Ferienhäuschen, von denen sich drei einen schönen Pool, Aufenthaltsbereich und Grillplatz teilen und ein weiteres über einen privaten Pool verfügt. Alle Häuser sind im landestypischen steinernen Baustil gehalten, sind rustikal einfach eingerichtet, verfügen über 2 Badezimmer, in den kleineren Häusern 6 Schlafplätze (160er Bett, 2x 80er Einzelbett und 140er Schlafsofa), sind voll klimatisiert und haben noch kleine private Terrassen und Balkons. Die Häuser werden 2x pro Woche sehr gründlich gereinigt, Müll wird täglich entsorgt. Wir haben uns meistens tagsüber an den Stränden in einer der zahlreich vorhandenen Tavernen einen Mittagssnack gegönnt und haben abends dann gekocht / den Grill genutzt. Von hier aus ist der nächstgelegene Ort / Strand in Kalyves in 10 Autominuten erreicht - hier gibt es auch einen größeren lokalen Supermarkt, einen Fischhandel und reichlich Tavernen. Zum nächst größeren Ort Chania (mit ,richtiger‘ Innenstadt, Ärzten, Flughafen, Lidl,…) fährt man etwa 25 Minuten, nach Rethymno etwa 45 Minuten und zum Flughafen Heraklion gute zwei Stunden. Ohne Mietwagen ist man in dem kleinen Ort bzw. Bergdorf Tsivaras, in dem die Häuser liegen, gestrandet. Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne Wochen hier und es wird nicht der letzte Besuch bleiben! Small, extremely well-maintained complex with a total of four 80-100 m2 holiday homes, three of which share a beautiful pool, lounge area and barbecue area and another has a private pool. All houses are in the stone building style typical of the country, are simply furnished in a rustic style, have 2 bathrooms, in the smaller houses 6 beds (160 bed, 2x 80 single bed and 140 bed sofa), are fully air-conditioned and have small private terraces and balconies. The houses are cleaned very thoroughly twice a week, garbage is disposed of on a daily basis. We mostly treated ourselves to a lunch snack on the beaches during the day in one of the numerous taverns and then cooked / used the grill in the evening. From here the nearest place / beach in Kalyves is reached in 10 minutes by car - there is also a larger local supermarket, a fish shop and plenty of taverns. To the next larger town Chania (with, real ‘city center, doctors, airport, Lidl, ...) you drive about 25 minutes, to Rethymno about 45 minutes and to Heraklion airport a good two hours. Without a rental car you are stranded in the small town or mountain village of Tsivaras, where the houses are located. We had two wonderful weeks here and it won't be our last visit!

Grand espace intérieur et plusieurs terrasses extérieures. Espace piscine, espace bbq, des transats. Tout pour être bien. Nous avons adoré câliner les chats et nous n'oublierons pas les moments passés ici. A conseiller sans hésiter. Great accommodation. Very warm welcome from Nikos and his family. Small attentions on arrival. Very spacious accommodation, very well equipped. Large indoor space and several outdoor terraces. Pool area, bbq area, deckchairs. Everything to be well. We loved cuddling the cats and we won't forget the times spent here. To advise without hesitation.
