★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We walked 40 min from Kalives to the olive oil mill. The walk itself is wonderful via olive gardens. Thanks...was enjoyable tour with olive oil tasting. Would like visit it again during olive oil harvesting & olive oil production period.

We enjoyed the tour of the olive oil mill by the owner.
Great spot to pick up some local olives, honey and extra virgin olive oil. Perfect for a refreshing salad :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our trip in Greece consisted of sights in Athens and Santorini but by far our most memorable experience was our visit to the olive oil factory here! We were greeted warmly by staff and taken on a tour by the owner who thoroughly explained the whole process. We got to see the process from end to end and they even let us dump some bags of olives into the machines. The staff made our visit unbelievably memorable and you can tell it is a small but well-run family establishment. No advance reservation needed and there was a great selection of olive oil, honey, and balsamic vinegars to purchase made by the factory for a great price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have to get off the main road but I highly recommend visiting this place. The staff showed us the factory and described the oil production process. There is a shop on site where you can buy not only olive oil. Before buying, you can try the taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing tasting and great tour of the facilities/process. We were lucky to get there just as a set of organic olives were being delivered. An agronomist took us around and one of the family members helped with the tasting. An unforgettable experience.

The woman who showed us everything explained every step of the production process and answered all our questions. The highlight was the free Olive Oil tasting afterwards. We can recommend to visit Melissakis 100%! They also sell great, high quality products like olive oil, honey, vinegar or cosmetic products.. thanks to the employee for showing us around!
