D	Dario De Cock on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good hotel! We enjoyed our holiday immensely! Very friendly wait staff and service. The room was always trying and well maintained. In case of problems you could always contact the reception and they were solved immediately. We were always warmly welcomed at lunch and dinner. It was a stay worth repeating! Thank you for making our vacation so fantastic!
A	Alan Sarah on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never a five star hotel more like a decent 3. The staff are 5 star the food 2 star. You have to upgrade almost everything in the bar for a decent drink. You spend a lot of money getting here only to get taxed upon arrival. Then if you like a certain spirt they charge you. It says all inclusive but it isn't. You have to pay for room service too. Its all a big con and all about how much more can we get out of these. My advice is don't go............

E	Emma Braybrook on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have just left after the most amazing honeymoon! The Palace is so clean and well kept you will always see a cleaner and a Gardner working. The staff are fantastic and always happy to help! The highlight of our honeymoon would be the gazebo hire and the most amazing Spa facilities. Katerina and her team treated us so well with massages, pedicures and facials it really made our time as relaxing and chilled as it could have. We had no complaints with the food as you got a huge selection and never went with out. Not that it concerned us it was what we wanted but if you are looking for a really active resort then this is not the place for you, there are payable watersports available on the beach and payable day trips but predominantly it is a lounge on the beach or around the pool resort. 100% will return. Lagoon Palace thank you for making our honeymoon as wonderful as it was ❤️
N	NEXTSKY Switzerland on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing Adult Resort. If you have kids, check to the huge Sister Property TUI Blue Lagoon Princess. This Resort is with just 92 Guestrooms almost a Boutique Resort. But It services are on a level of a much bigger resort and that is what we liked. It's small and intimate but not too small. It's sized just perfect! We love there is not even at the Beach more than two rows of Sun Chairs, it's NOT your average All Inclusive Resort. It's upscale and lovely, the food is excellent of quality, many real Greek tasty traditional specialities, absolutely amazing. The only down side is that they close the main hotel pool at 6pm/18h00 that does not make sense in the summer when the sun sets at like 9pm/21h.
p	paul lawton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a fantastic weeks stay at this hotel. We stayed in suite with pool (RM 306) which was excellent. Outside of the room the hotel and grounds are very well maintained. Beach directly opposite is nice with easy access into the clear waters of the sea. There is a good choice of food from the buffet style service. Only point to consider is that the hotel is quite remote so some transport is needed to visit anywhere else. Service from the staff is so good you might find you don't need to leave the hotel at all though :)
