★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great accommodations. Quiet rooms. Nice service from most areas. Good buffet. Limited drink choices with ok bartender service. Really should address that area with more welcoming employees. Snack bar area is cool but somebody should make aware to the gentleman running the place that a smile goes a long way.... Talk about not interested in his job!! Lots of little kids so be aware. Great massage booked in the spa. Pool water is very chilly month of September.
Beach area is just okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic hotel! Stayed here a couple of times and have had a great holiday on both occasions. The hotel is very well maintained, it never feels especially busy, the pools are all lovely, the rooms are very nice and the food is good but the stand out thing are the staff who are amazing! The TUI entertainment team have always been exceptional and the local hotel staff are always fantastic too. Thoroughly recommend a holiday here, especially with kids.

Clean modern facilities
Good food with plenty of options
WiFi is strong everywhere
Pools and bars / snack bars throughout the resort
Beach right next to resort

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for a family holiday, lots for the kids to do. Food is excellent, beer is nice although only 3.6%, Cocktails are better. Service is excellent very friendly staff. Tui did completely mess up my daughters wedding, had to deal directly with the hotels Greek wedding planner who was excellent despite Tui telling us not to do this. Hotel good, Tui wedding service appalling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very nice, the whole place was very clean, especially the rooms. The hotel looked well maintained and was obviously kept up to date. The artwork hung all over the main hotel made me chuckle after a while as almost every painting was of the same parrot with a different abstract background. The hotel has an "Art Gallery" on site that I assume does all of the artwork that is hung around the hotel. The paintings in our room were of other scenes so I assume it was just a signature/theme for the hotel itself.
The kids club in particular was outstanding, with sessions that could be booked through the TUI app, the staff were friendly and really remembered the kids, engaging with them whenever they say them. The kids were given custom tops (with the hotel/TUI characters on them) and they did all kinds of fun activities, one afternoon the kids came back wearing super hero capes that hey had made themselves from plain blue t-shirts.
My only tiny negative comment would be - if you didn't book almost directly after a session started (aka 24 hours before) you'd rarely get a space as there were 30 available each day. We booked most morning sessions but were rarely able to get an afternoon session and it was only 2/3 weeks into the season when we visited.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the waitors/waitresses in the Aegean Restaurant (the main one) where especially attentive and were adored by our kids. All bars had table service, this was generally great though at times you could wait a while for drinks around the pools, however there was an option to order drinks using the app (but it required a credit card which we didn't carry so never got round to setting up). Despite this, if you made eye contact or looked like you wanted something, they'd be over to take your order.
The evening entertainment was entertaining especially for the kids - the Download game in particular was fun. The entertainment team engaged at all times and were very present however they didn't remind anyone of the activities that where happening at the time.
Most of the entertainment was at the outdoor theater, which was quite a decent area with a stage, a bar, toilet and seating, however when the sun went down it there were lots of mosquitoes and at times there was a faint boggy spell - I assume it was from standing water around the area (as it was on the other side of the car park) or from a sewerage system nearby.
There was a snack bar in the middle of the site, that served hotdogs/burgers/waffles/crepes/icecreams, which was a good treat and a way to break up the meals a bit.
The food in the main restaurant was quite nice, there were some theme nights where some stand out dishes were available (the Peking duck on Asian theme night was very good), however as is with most all inclusive most of the food seemed to be made from the same ingredients (or at least tasted that way) so got quite samey about midway through the holiday. Though to its credit, it was probably the best all inclusive food I've had on a holiday in a long time.
The beach was very nice, if not a bit stony, it seemed to be private to the hotel but was on the over side of a small public road so we weren't 100% certain if it was private or just sectioned off for the hotel to use - regardless the sunbeds were free to use. You could hire a cabana which came with table service, but we didn't bother. The bar was not a long distance to walk to and had a wooden decking directly to it. Warning - For anyone going, beware of Jelly fish, we found one on the beach front. I suspect it could have ruined someone's holiday that day if it had not been spotted.
The staff at the beach were excellent. They seemed to always be active, clearing down sunbeds and organising - I was particularly impressed with the staff here.
All in all a great holiday was had here, I would recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel with some excellent staff.
Clean and safe. The food in all restaurants has been outstanding. Even the main buffet restaurant.
The only gripes are the prosecco, which is awful, and the beach which could be improved vastly. However I am not sure the Hotel would own that land so it may be that the town won't develop it.
Special thanks to Maria, Ridi, Anna Maria and Christina who have made it very special for our daughter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was not good at all, customer service wasn’t great, there was not a snack bar with a lot of choice. For the 5 star resort we as family were expecting really wonderful experience with delicious food and exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, we would give 3 star hotel service with limited food snack bar where you can get only hot dogs and crepes this is absolutely ridiculous. Cocktails were terrible need a better training for staff. And finally to say about the mosquitos that was something out of order that we never experienced before again for the five star resort you could do something to prevent all of these so people can enjoy terrible would never go there again and would not recommend to anyone for the money we spent it was bad experience for us!
