★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγενέστατοι και προσβλητικοι! Δεν ενημέρωσαν τηλεφωνικώς, όπως είχαν πει, για την βλάβη και την τιμή επισκευής της τηλεόρασης. Προέβησαν σε αυτή και στην συνέχεια δεν μου είπαν τι επισκευάσαν και τι βλάβη υπήρχε και πώς δικαιολογούν τα λεφτά που ζήτησαν, αφού δεν άλλαξαν πλακέτες κτλ όπως με ενημέρωσαν. Κρίμα, γιατί τις προηγούμενες φορές που είχαμε εξυπηρετηθεί ήταν πολύ καλοί.
 Most rude and offensive! They did not inform by phone, as they had said, about the damage and the repair price of the TV. They did it and then they did not tell me what they repaired and what was the damage and how they justify the money they asked for, since they did not change the boards etc as they informed me. Too bad, because the previous times we were served were very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω μια travel φωτογραφική μηχανή της οποίας ο φακός σταμάτησε να λειτουργεί. Έγιναν δύο αποτυχημένες προσπάθειες επισκευής στην Αθήνα, οι οποίες και οι δύο κατέληγαν στη συμβουλή αγοράς νέου φακού που ισοδυναμούσε οικονομικά με αγορά νέας μηχανής. Και ενώ σχεδόν το είχα πάρει απόφαση ότι θα πάρω καινούρια, αποφάσισα να την στείλω στον Τζανιδάκη καθώς είχα ακούσει πολύ καλά λόγια από φίλους στο Ηράκλειο. Και δεν έπεσα έξω! Βρήκαν μεταχειρισμένο φακό και, χρησιμοποιώντας τα καλύτερα σε κατάσταση ανταλλακτικά και από τους δύο φακούς, φτιάχτηκε τελικά ένας ο οποίος πλέον δουλεύει άψογα. Η μηχανή είναι πια σαν καινούρια. Θετικά ήταν επίσης η συχνή επικοινωνία για ενημέρωση της προόδου των εργασιών και η υποδειγματική εξ αποστάσεως εξυπηρέτηση.
I have a travel camera whose lens has stopped working. Two failed repair attempts were made in Athens, both of which resulted in advice on buying a new lens that was financially equivalent to buying a new camera. And while I had almost decided that I would get a new one, I decided to send it to Tzanidakis as I had heard very good words from friends in Heraklion. And I did not fall out! They found a used lens and, using the best spare parts from both lenses, finally made one that now works flawlessly. The machine is like new now. Also positive was the frequent communication to keep up to date with the progress of the work and the exemplary remote service.
