Όταν τους έστειλα mail πότε μπορώ να περάσω να την παραλάβω τότε με ενημέρωσαν οτι η παραγγελία μου έχει ακυρωθεί (ΧΩΡΙΣ ΝΑ ΜΟΥ ΠΟΥΝ ΤΟΝ ΛΟΓΟ) και μάλιστα υποτίθεται οτι μου είχε έρθει και mail οτι ακυρώθηκε (το μόνο mail που μου είχε έρθει ήταν την πρώτη μέρα που πραγματοποίησα την παραγγελία και τίποτα άλλο πέρα απο αυτό). Επίσης δεν είναι και τόσο ευγενικό το παιδί που απαντά στο τηλεφωνικό κέντρο εξυπηρέτησης. Not so good service. When I sent them an email when I can pick it up then they informed me that my order has been canceled (WITHOUT TELLING ME THE REASON) and in fact it was supposed to have arrived and mail that was canceled (the only mail that came to me was the first the day I placed the order and nothing more than that). Also, the child who answers the call center is not so kind.

Σχεδόν όλα τα προϊόντα τους αναφέρονται πως είναι άμεσα διαθεσιμα στο site τους αλλά τα περισσότερα δεν είναι. Κάνετε πάντα ένα τηλέφωνο πριν πάτε στο κατάστημα να τα προμηθευτείτε. Ενδιαφερόσουν για μια τρόμπα ποδήλατο που βρήκα από το skroutz. Έκανα παραγγελία ηλεκτρονικά γιατί είδα ότι ήταν άμεσα διαθέσιμη, αλλά τελικά δεν ήταν και περίμενα αρκετές ημέρες για να φέρουν και να με εξυπηρετήσουν. Ωστόσο θα βάλω 3 αστεράκια γιατί η τρόμπα ήταν σε πολύ καλή τιμή και άξιζε την αναμονή. Great care is needed with the availability mentioned on the site. Almost all of their products are reported to be immediately available on their site but most are not. Always make a phone call before going to the store to get them. Interested in a bike pump I found from skroutz. I placed an order online because I saw that it was immediately available, but in the end it was not and I waited several days for them to bring and serve me. However I will put 3 stars because the pump was at a very good price and was worth the wait.
C	Christina Beta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πραγματοποίησα παραγγελία απο το συγκεκριμένο κατάστημα 6 πραγμάτων. Το μόνο θετικό ο χρόνος παράδοσης, 3 εργάσιμες ημέρες.Όταν παρέλαβα το πακέτο μου από τα 6 προϊόντα μόνο το ένα ήταν αυτό που παρήγγειλα και πάλι σε άλλο χρώμα. Δηλαδή χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση του site για διαθεσιμότητα, μιας και όλα έμοιαζαν διαθέσιμα, δεν με πήραν καν ένα τηλέφωνο να με ρωτήσουν ή να με ενημερώσουν ότι δεν υπάρχουν τα προϊόντα και θα μου στείλουν παρόμοια. Δηλαδή παρέλαβαν κανονικά την πληρωμή μέσω κάρτας και αποφάσισαν αυθαίρετα εκείνοι τι προϊόντα θα μου στείλουν!!!!!!! Μετά από τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία, μου είπαν πως ό,τι μου έστειλαν ήταν ίσης ή καλύτερης ποιότητας. Ακόμη και να ίσχυε (υπολογίζοντάς τα βγήκαν 1€ λιγότερα από το ποσό που πλήρωσα) προσωπικά, δεν είχα κανένα λόγο σε όλο αυτό. I placed an order from this store for 6 things. The only positive is the delivery time, 3 working days. When I received my package of the 6 products only one was the one I ordered again in another color. That is, without any site update for availability, since everything seemed to be available, they did not even get a phone call to ask me or inform me that the products do not exist and they will send me something similar. That is, they normally received the payment by card and they arbitrarily decided what products they will send me !!!!!!! After a phone call, I was told that what they sent me was of equal or better quality. Even if it was valid (calculating it turned out to be € 1 less than the amount I paid) personally, I had no reason to do all this.
