Παράγγειλαμε φαγητά κ ήταν όλα άνοστα, τα veggie noodles είχαν στην κυριολεξία 1 πιπεριά, 1 κρεμμύδι και όλο το υπόλοιπο ήταν μόνο noodles,οπως και το sushi . Το χειρότερο ήταν ενώ επικοινώνησα με το κατάστημα για να τον ενημερώσω ότι αυτό που παραλάβαμε δεν ήταν αυτό που έγραφε ο καταλαγος, καθώς κάποια τα είχαν ξεχάσει και ότι έχουμε πληρώσει 31€ για να φάμε ένα σωστό φαγητό, ο κύριος στο τηλέφωνο "προσφέρθηκε" να μας τα αντικαταστήσει με μια ειρωνεία του τύπου τι θέλετε να κάνω τώρα? Και αφου προσπαθούσα να του εξηγήσω... Μου το έκλεισε στα μούτρα. Tip αν ξεχάσετε να βάλετε κάτι σε παραγγελία της wolt και θέλετε όντως να εξυπηρετησετε τον πελάτη στέλνετε ένα μήνυμα στην wolt και σας στέλνει διανομέα σε πολύ σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα UNACCEPTABLE !! I	Ion Vasileiadis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δυο φορες που εχω παραγγειλει απο εκει, τη πρωτη φορα η σουπα μετρια, δευτερη φορα δε ξερω αν εγινε λαθος αλλα τα noodles ειχαν εμφανως παρα πολυ πιπέρι(περα απτο ότι ηταν παρα πολυ καυτερα φαινόταν κιολας στο πιατο). Λάθη συμβαινουν δε πειράζει αλλα στο τηλεφωνο που ζητησα αλλαγη πιάτου πηρα απαντηση ειρωνικα οτι κανεις δεν εχει παραπονεθει για το πιπερι, και αντι για αλλαγη πιατου το μονο που ειπαν οτι μπορουν να προσφερουν ειναι μια συγνωμη. Επισης, 1 σετ ξυλακια για 2 πιατα. Κριμα γιατι το φαγητο δεν ηταν κακο. Edit και απάντηση στη δικη σας απαντηση, τα ορεκτικα ηταν ωραια, το πιάτο μου δε τρωγοταν. Και το ενα αστερι δεν ηταν για το φαγητο, ηταν γιατι πληρωσα για noodles στα οποια ειχε γινει λαθος με το πιπερι, κατέληξα δηλαδη να πληρωνω κάτι που δε τρωγοταν και η απαντηση σας ηταν μπορω να σας προσφέρω μια συγνωμη. Ευχαριστώ πολυ, θα φαω συγνωμη για βραδινο. Twice I have ordered from there, the first time the soup was mediocre, the second time I do not know if it was a mistake but the noodles obviously had too much pepper (apart from the fact that it was too hot it even looked on the plate). Mistakes happen and it does not matter but on the phone I asked for a change of dish I got an answer ironically that no one has complained about the pepper, and instead of a change of dish all they said they can offer is an apology. Also, 1 set of sticks for 2 plates. Too bad the food was not bad. Edit and answer your answer, the appetizers were nice, my plate was not eaten. And the one star was not for the food, it was because I paid for noodles in which the pepper had been mistaken, that is, I ended up paying for something that was not eaten and your answer was I can offer you an apology.
