★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αντιμετωπίζω εδώ και πολύ καιρό πρόβλημα με μυγάκια. Κάλεσα λοιπόν την Unidomus πριν μερικές ημέρες για απεντόμωση. Η ανταπόκριση της εταιρείας στο αίτημά μου με εξέπληξε γιατί αντί να κλείσουμε ένα ραντεβού και να έρθει το συνεργείο για την απεντόμωση, πρώτα με συμβούλεψε να προχωρήσω σε ορισμένες πολύ κατατοπιστικές και συγκεκριμένες ενέργειες (να απομακρύνω ανοιχτά μπουκάλια με ποτό, κρασί κτλ) και αν το πρόβλημα εξακολουθεί, τότε να τους καλέσω ξανά. Γιατί, όπως μου ανέφεραν, η Unidomus είναι μία "πράσινη εταιρεία" και δεν προβαίνει σε απεντομώσεις χωρίς να χρειάζεται. Δεν έχω αντιμετωπίσει ξανά τέτοιο επαγγελματισμό και ανταπόκριση από επιχείρηση και θέλω να πω ένα μεγάλο μπράβο στην επιχείρηση και φυσικά να την συστήσω ανεπιφύλακτα σε όσους αναζητούν εταιρείες για απεντομώσεις.
I have been facing a problem with flies for a long time. So I called Unidomus a few days ago for disinfestation. The response of the company to my request surprised me because instead of making an appointment and the crew came for the disinfestation, it first advised me to proceed with some very informative and specific actions (to remove open bottles of drink, wine, etc.) problem still, then call them again. Because, as I was told, Unidomus is a "green company" and does not carry out disinfestations unnecessarily. I have never encountered such professionalism and response from a company again and I want to say a big thumbs up to the company and of course to highly recommend it to those who are looking for companies for disinfestations.
