I was contacted I'd receive the package by the end of the day but they don't notify/ call when they've arrived. And i didn't receive a notification the package failed to deliver. I had to check by myself.
I only gave the 3 stars because the timing was accurate. The package did come in 5 days and the staff was very friendly.
( A small disclaimer: they don't notify/call when they cannot locate the apartment. Therefore they leave and you have to check the ups system that it failed to deliver. They should provide staff with special mobile programs to ask directions or notify their arrival to their customers).
