★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εβαψα τον επαγγελματικο μου χώρο 4 «χέρια» και παρόλα αυτά δεν υπήρχε πλήρη κάλυψη της επιφάνειας. Κάλεσα στην τεχνικη υποστήριξη και με κάλεσε πίσω κάποιος που μου ζήτησε φωτογραφίες. Της έστειλα κ έκτοτε δεν ασχολήθηκε ποτε κανείς μαζί μου ενώ οντως παραδέχτηκαν ότι η επικάλυψη δεν ήταν η αναμενόμενη.
Μετα απο 2 μηνες προσπαθώ πάλι αδικα σπαταλώντας τον χρόνο μου να αντιστοιχισω κωδικούς απο παλέτα - χρωματολόγιο με κωδικούς από την εφαρμογή vivechrom vizualize αλλά κ απο το web site για άλλο έργο. Καλώ στην τεχνική υποστηριξη αλλά μάταια! Δεν βγάζω άκρη. Υπάρχει διαφορετική κωδικοποίηση!
Επιπρόσθετα επικοινωνοντας με διαφορετικους τεχνίτες εφαρμογής ( βαφείς) αναφέρουν όλοι ότι συγκεκριμένα χρώματα κ βάσεις είναι προβληματικές.

 I painted my business space 4 "hands" and yet there was no full coverage. I called technical support and someone called me back for photos. I sent it and since then no one has ever dealt with me but they did admit that the overlay was not as expected.
After 2 months I try again unjustly wasting my time assigning palette codes - color code with codes from vivechrom vizualize but also from web site for another project. I call for technical support but in vain! I can not make sense of it. There is different coding!
In addition to communicating with different application technicians (painters) everyone reports that specific colors and bases are problematic.
