I collaborated with the Utopia research office for urban regeneration in Laconia. The Utopia office delivered a proposal perfectly, imaginative but also fully documented with the respective designs and construction details, while the communication with the study team was very good at all stages of the project.

Η επικοινωνία μας και η υποστήριξη της μελέτης με τα απαραίτητα σχέδια από τη Utopia ήταν συνεχής σε όλα τα στάδια της υλοποίησης του έργου. Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που συνεργαζόμαστε και το αποτέλεσμα υπήρξε εξαιρετικό και αυτή τη φορά. Every client and every partner office is always looking for someone or something "reliable" in order to properly complete a project. This undoubtedly characterizes Utopia's office. I collaborated with them as a civil engineer in a project that concerned the design and implementation of an office building and its surroundings in Etoloakarnania. Utopia's office undertook the architectural plans while I undertook the construction. Our communication and support of the study with the necessary plans from Utopia was continuous at all stages of the project implementation. This is the second time we have worked together and the result has been excellent this time as well.
