It's amazingly great. We had our honeymoon there and we are incredibly happy with having choose this hotel. The staff is always very friendly and happy and Soula is very lovely and care about every guest. Food is great and tasty, every day something new to try. Rooms are very nice and the room service is also very good. Denis, the Bartender at the beach is also very friendly and prepares great cocktails. The girls in the Spa are also very lovely and service there is more than great. I simply don't have anything bad to say about this place. Beach is also great. Many many thanks to All the personal. We will come back for sure very soon?

We had a good time at this hotel. Food was good. The entertainment was not extraordinary except the Greek night on Wednesday. Clean and respecting covid measures. The schedule of the pool not the best ones (10-18), but I guess that was due to breakfast and lunch times.

Great Hotel with very nice service. People here are very kind and helpful. The food is good and the staff very friendly. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. I got nothing I to complain about.

Hotel from the outside and inside looks good pretty much where this good part of the review ends. (Half board experience) 25th April-1 May 2022 when we arrived we were shown to our room which we hadn’t booked that being said we stayed there for all of 10 minutes before the power kept turning off, the handy man was sent down only to be told the room was not working at 2 am this is not what you want to hear so they gave us another room it was okay nothing to rave about. Breakfast: was okay again nothing to rave about standard breakfast you get anywhere everything was mostly cold and bland so stuck with sweet stuff. Dinner: on the other hand was the worst food I have tasted at a hotel, again everything cold bland not much variety same things every night no change no special themes (Indian Chinese) etc, prices of the drinks during dinner was extremely expensive so opted not to have some most times because of this myself and my partner opted to go across the road to the restaurants along the road which considering they weren’t that expensive and the quality and taste was so much better than a “4*” hotel if there was an option for room only and for it to be a lot cheaper we would have gone for that because the price we paid should reflect on how good the hotel is and it was not worth it. Reception: at the hotel didn’t seem to care about us with the problem with the room they didn’t apologise didn’t really say anything sent the handy man to deal with us even with us telling them it was the wrong room from what we booked they didn’t seem to bothered, the only people at the hotel that was polite and talked to us in a friendly manner was said handyman and one of the female bar tender, hats off to you both for being so inviting and talkative. Prices: we were told there was an extra charge per night for the hotel which we knew about however they went on to say Wi-Fi for the room would be charged (HOURLY) as well as safe in the room charged daily and then also the sun loungers at the beach were an extra charge, so as advertised for the “free Wi-Fi” it is only available in the lobby. Other little things to point out: were our pool towels were taken on day 2 which we thought they’d replace however we did not see them again good thing we brought our own, do not use the hotel for vehicle hire or excursions as they are very over priced simply go over the road and they will give you them for almost half the price, we paid for 7 nights worth of food however when I asked the friendly bartender she checked with reception and came back and told us when we checked out that was the end of everything which was a big shock considering our flights were at 12am and didn’t check into the hotel until around 12:30 am and every package holiday I have been on they have allowed us food since we paid for that day also. Don’t waste your money on this hotel not worth the amount of money they charge for it, you’ll be highly disappointed.

Excellent accommodation, superb food ( fantastic choice of vegetarian and non- vegetarian) and service. Friendly staff. Soula , Restaurant Supervisor, is an excellent hostess. Beautiful, sandy beach for swimming and excellent hiking opportunities in the surrounding areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our 12 days. Easy to get to both Chania and Rethymno by public transport. Highly recommended.

This hotel is extraordinary and exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff and service here is beyond amazing, they and so kind and helpful. And make every effort to ensure our stay was as comfortable and stress free as possible. We also tried the massage and spa, Iris who did my mum’s massage was very good (she had deep tissue massage). We highly recommend. They are also very lovely!! It also has good connections to Chania and Heraklion. There are buses that go there every hour. The hotel also helps with car hire! We had breakfast and dinner included, food was delicious and there was usually something new everyday. Many many veggie options but not great for vegans. Rooms and the hotel is very clean, mattress is comfortable and everything worked in our room. Sadly no Netflix but it’s not a big deal as many channels available! All in all 10/10!!

I really love this hotel. Everything is perfect. The receptionist, the house keeper, restaurant, and the Spa person called Martha, woww,... i just can say, they are really great performance and serve the best! I really recommended this hotel especially for the Family hotel. Nothing to complain.

Very nice experience. Rooms were clean, comfy bed. Staff was very friendly, the food was extraordinary and menu was varied. They have a nice beach, the sun-chair was 3€ in 2021.
