★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I downgraded from 5 to 2 stars because service has just crumbled with this company. Ive been trying to get a product question answered for two weeks to make sure I order the right thing I need but all inquiries have been ignored. Ive emailed, ive tried their "live" chat feature that states agents are onlline but in all the times ive tried NO ONE EVER REPLIES. So I placed the order anyway, hoping Ive ordered the right accessories, and all items are listed in stock with a notice of 3 to 5 days delay due to order volume, but its been a couple days over one full week now and my order is still listed as "processing". Even worse is at this point we are on yet another weekend since I've ordered so its two or more days before they'll even be open again to potentially finish "processing" my order.I was going to ask what the hold up is but since they don't even reply to try to make a sale, there's no reason to think I'd get an answer after they already have my money. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because prices are still some of the best. That will be the last time I do business with them.
