ΕΛΤΑ Courier Αγίας Παρασκευής - Dervenakion 6

Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση. Δεν απαντούν ποτέ στο τηλέφωνο. Email να στείλεις αλλά θα πρέπει να είμαι πάνω από το τηλέφωνο ώστε να προλάβω την κλήση τους? Ειδικά όταν κάποιος εργάζεται αυτό δεν είναι εφικτό. Και στην επιστροφή της κλήσης δεν απαντούν εκ νέου και γίνεται αυτός ο φαύλος κύκλος. Για ποιον λόγο από τη στιγμή που το κατάστημα αγοράς έχει δώσει πληροφορίες για την παράδοση του δέματος να χρειάζεται εκ νέου επικοινωνία? Λένε ότι δεν είναι δημόσιο αλλά είναι η χειρότερη γραφειοκρατία που έχω συνάντηση σε πρακτορείο. Πλέον όταν βλέπω ότι το κατάστημα που θέλω να κάνω ηλεκτρονική παραγγελία συνεργάζεται με ΕΛΤΑ courier προτιμώ να βρω το αντικείμενο που θέλω από άλλον έμπορο κ ενημερώνω σχετικά τον έμπορο. Φυσικά τα έξοδα αποστολής τα εισπράττουν κανονικά από τους εμπόρους λες και έχουν προσφέρει κάποιου είδους υπηρεσία. Σε συνέχεια της απάντησης σας, να σας ενημερώσω ότι δεν έχει γίνει καν ούτε η πρώτη προσπάθεια παράδοσης οπότε είναι άτοπο το επιχείρημα σας ότι τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία γίνεται μετά την πρώτη προσπάθεια παράδοσης. Αν ο οδηγός σας δεν ήταν σε θέση να βρει διεύθυνση όπου καμία άλλη εταιρεία courier δεν έχει δυσκολευτεί να βρει και προτίμησε να γράψει αδυναμία παράδοσης αυτό είναι εσωτερικό ζήτημα δικό σας να αξιολογήσετε τις διαδικασίες σας. Σε κάθε περίπτωση παρότι αναφέρατε ότι δεν σας αφορά τι επιλέγω ως καταναλωτής να σας ενημερώσω ότι έχω αιτηθεί ακύρωση της παραγγελίας στον έμπορο λόγω δικής σας αδυναμίας να παραδώσετε το προϊόν του και καμίας προσπάθειας εξυπηρέτησης από πλευράς σας. Α εδώ ίσως να σας αδικώ, βρήκα μια αναπάντητη κλήση μετά από 10 και πλέον ημέρες.

They DON'T answer the phone. Huge delays from abroad expected. The staff is polite in person though

I am very sorry to say but this is an xtremely poor service. 4 people in the queue in front of me and it took 50 minutes to get at the front of the line (2 employees manning the 2 desks). But that's just the cherry on the Sundae. You see ELTA sent a msg that my package had arrived at Aghia Paraskevi in Viber. It did NOT mention the address of the ELTA pick up point (which is most prob the most important point if what you need to do is pick a package, right?). So after googling it i realized they had 3 pick up points in Aghia Paraskevi but how would I know which one was the right one when on the same Viber message they had included: 1. A link that was not working (yes, yes...not even with copy-paste) 2. A telephone number no one was picking up 3. A tracking number that if used on the ELTA website the result was again "praktoreio Aghia Paraskevi" AGAIN no address. Oh and btw, the viber chat info "who is ELTA" had of course a different address than the one of the pick up point. EPIC FAIL.-

Very bad service, It's been now a week to deliver a package within Athens region, they never pick up phones at the local store, the service is the worst I have ever seen, no notifications, and if you call the 11120, you actually pay to get told that they cant do anything, they don't have any connection with the local stores, in this example Ag. Paraskevi. The store is clearly unable to handle the load and judging by the reviews I see here, it seems that this problem exists forever and no one is doing anything to solve it.
