Τ	Τάσσος Τρίκαρδος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άριστη εξυπηρέτηση από την ρεσεψιόν , πολλοί φιλικοί άνθρωποι , πλούσιο πρωινό και γενικά ωραίος , ζεστος και φιλικος χώρος . Ανακαινισμένος χώρος , πολύ καθαρά δωμάτια . Πολύ καλύτερο από ότι δείχνουν οι εικόνες , και τα δωμάτια με κορυφαία θέρμανση , με χειροκίνητη αυξομείωση θερμοκρασίας για κάθε γούστο . Ακόμα καλύτερο θα ήταν αν το μπαρ ήταν ανοιχτό το βράδυ αλλά δεν είναι αρκετό για να αφαιρέσω αστέρι σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο Excellent service from reception, very friendly people, rich breakfast and generally nice, warm and friendly place. Renovated space, very clean rooms. Much better than the pictures show, and the rooms are top heated, with manual temperature fluctuations for every taste. Even better would be if the bar was open at night but not enough to remove a star at this hotel
A	Anna on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ο χώρος είναι πανέμορφος με υπέροχη ατμόσφαιρα και η εξυπηρέτηση εξαιρετική. Τα δωμάτια χρειάζονται ίσως κάποιες μικροβελτιώσεις, αλλά συνολικά πρόκειται σίγουρα για ένα απ' τά καλύτερα ξενοδοχεία της Φλώρινας (αν όχι το καλύτερο). The space is beautiful with a great atmosphere and the service is excellent. The rooms might need some upgrades, but overall they are definitely one of the best (if not the best) Florina hotels.
Γ	Γιωτα Αβραμη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θα μπορουσε να ηταν ενα πολυ ομορφο ξενοδοχειο ομως η ασχημη κ ειρωνικη συμπεριφορα της μελαχρινης νεαρης κυριας στη ρεσεψιον το καθιστα απαγορευτικο για την προσελευση σας. Φτωχο πρωινο. Σκισμενες πετσετες κ χαλασμενη κεντρικη πορτα του δωματιου ηταν τα πρωτα που αντικρισαμε. Αγενεις προσωπικο. Ασχημη εξυπηρετηση. It could have been a very nice hotel, but the ugly and ironic behavior of the young lady at reception made it forbidden for your blessing. Poor morning. The broken towels and the broken central door of the room were the first we faced. Old people. Poor service.
Χ	Χρύσανθος Περπερίδης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ + Ευρύχωρο και πολύ άνετο δωμάτιο, καθημερινή καθαριότητα, χτισμένο μέσα στο πράσινο και την φύση! - Δεν διατίθεται δυνατότητα γεύματος και δείπνου στο ξενοδοχείο γεγονός που σε υποχρεώνει να μεταφερθείς ως το κέντρο της Φλώρινας (10 λεπτά) με το αυτοκίνητο για φαγητό και άλλο τόσο για να επιστρέψεις. - Το ξενοδοχείο δείχνει εμφανώς δίχως σωστή συντήρηση, χτυπήματα στους τοίχους των δωματίων, άβαφοι τοίχοι (π.χ άνω της πισίνας), μπαλκόνια σε κατάσταση κατασκευής ή ανακατασκευής (π.χ δωμάτιο άνω της εισόδου της Reception) κτλ. - Δεν δίνεται η ευκαιρία στον επισκέπτη για ξενάγηση μέσω του ξενοδοχείου ή έστω κάποια ενημέρωση σχετικά με τα διάφορα αξιοθέατα της ευρύτερης περιοχής καθώς και η δυνατότητα εναλλακτικού τουρισμού...! + Spacious and very comfortable room, daily cleaning, built in the green and nature! - There is no possibility of lunch and dinner in the hotel which forces you to transfer to the center of Florina (10 minutes) by car for food and as much to return. - The hotel clearly shows poor maintenance, cracks in the walls of the rooms, unpainted walls (eg above the pool), balconies in construction or reconstruction (eg room above the entrance to the Reception), etc. - The visitor is not given the opportunity for a tour through the hotel or even some information about the various attractions of the area as well as the possibility of alternative tourism ...!
