N	Nicholas Thanasoulas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Η εμπειρία μου έχει σχέση με την επισκευή της μηχανής μου καφέ. Ευχάριστη έκπληξη η συνεργασία! Δεν γνώριζα την επιχείρηση, την βρήκα μέσω google. Κατ´ αρχήν είχα μια καταπληκτική τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία. Αυτό που με εντυπωσίασε είναι η προθυμία (προτού μπω στην διαδικασία της εκεί παράδοσης) να με εξυπηρετήσουν τηλεφωνικά αλλά και με βιντεοκλήση!! Υποκλίνομαι στον τρόπο εξυπηρέτησης! Τελικά αποδείχτηκε ότι έπρεπε να πάω την εσπρεσομηχανή για επισκευή. Εξυπηρετήθηκα άμεσα, είδα με τα μάτια μου το όλο πρόβλημα το οποίο φυσικά επιλύθηκε! Διαπίστωσα δυστυχώς, πως η εταιρία που αυτοδιαφημίζεται και η οποία official επισκευάζει (υποτίθεται) εκτός των άλλων εσπρεσομηχανές σαν την δική μου ήταν μόνο marketing??. Περάστε ή ερχόμαστε εμείς να παραλάβουμε την συσκευή σας, παραδώσετε την συσκευή σας, προκαταβάλετε (εννοείται), θα σας ενημερώσουμε (sms φρου φρου κι αρώματα), παραλαμβάνετε και ο Θεός βοηθός… Α να μην ξεχάσω υποτίθεται ότι τις κάνουν δωρεάν σέρβις (καθαρισμό κλπ)… Να μην πω καλύτερα τι είδα σε θέμα καθαρισμού στην εσπρεσομηχανή μου, την οποία για σχετικές βλάβες, την είχα πάει τρεις φορές… τα αυτοκολλητάκια, οι αριθμοί barcodes κλπ τους μάραναν… Μόνο τον υποτιθέμενο και πολυδιαφημιζόμενο καθαρισμό να έκαναν κάθε φορά που τους πήγαινα την μηχανή για επισκευή, αυτή θα έλαμπε. Να μην παραλείψω να αναφέρω ότι τη μηχανή μου την καθαρίζω σχολαστικά μετά από κάθε χρήση και ανά τακτά χρονικά διαστήματα γενικό μέχρι εκεί που μου το επιτρέπει. Για άλλη μια φορά ακόμα συγχαρητήρια στην “vendingbar” για όλα (ενημέρωση, επισκευή, ποιότητα, ταχύτητα και προ πάντων εντιμότητα!! My experience is related to the repair of my coffee machine. Pleasant surprise the cooperation! I did not know the business, I found it through google. At first I had an amazing phone call. What impressed me is the willingness (before I enter the process of delivery there) to be served by phone and video call !! I bow to the way of service! Eventually it turned out that I had to go to the espresso machine for repair. I was served immediately, I saw with my own eyes the whole problem which of course was solved! I unfortunately found out that the company that advertises itself and which officially repairs (supposedly) among other espresso machines like mine was only marketing??. Come or we come to pick up your device, deliver your device, prepay (of course), we will inform you (sms fruit and perfumes), you also receive God helper… Do not forget they are supposed to provide free service (cleaning etc )… Not to say better what I saw in terms of cleaning in my espresso machine, which for related damage, I had gone three times… stickers, barcode numbers etc withered… If only they had done the supposed and well-publicized cleaning every time I took their machine for repair, it would shine. Do not forget to mention that I clean my machine thoroughly after each use and at regular intervals in general as far as it allows me. Once again congratulations to the "vendingbar" for everything (information, repair, quality, speed and above all honesty !!
