Čeština Angličtina As some have written here, the hotel cheats with reservations. I had reserved it for 2 months and a week before our stay they sent a message about the cancellation of the reservation due to the security reasons of the payment card. We tried to negotiate another payment card or direct payment by phone, but they dont care. I wasn't even answered by email. We have a two-year-old child and we have not found adequate accommodation. I do not believe the reason for the cancellation, because the hotel was completely occupied. Plus, we've never had a problem with the card, not even in Asia. The next reservation was also without complications and the money left immediately. I strongly do not recommend!

Very clean, very friendly staff, good beds. We were perfectly taken care of. Beach and shops nearby and also a very nice irish pub.

Great hotel and staff, all members work very hard to get their guests satisfied. Very nice food ´n drinks and clean comfortablebrooms. Not too big but a very cosy hotel. We would like to thank everyone of Venus to make our stay fantastic!

Great hotel. Very laid back atmosphere. All the staff were super helpful whenever we need something. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and towels always changed. The staff were always flexible to accommodate our requests. Not to mention that their food is great and really affordable if you fancy staying in for your meals. Definitely recommend.

We would like to tell you about a wonderful vacation on the island of Zakynthos, Kalamaki at the Venus hotel. This is a fantastic hotel with an amazingly comfortable environment for work and leisure. I stayed at this hotel last year and really wanted to come back here. And this year, of course, I returned to this hotel, but with my mum. I really wanted to convey and show a fabulous vacation on this island and in this hotel. I succeeded !!! My mother and I are again in an atmosphere of coziness, comfort and, most importantly, in a safe atmosphere spending our holidays! This hotel has a very warm and sincere atmosphere for a good rest and work for every tourist who comes to this hotel. EVERY single tourist is treated as a respected guest !!! Modern and high standard design, where the convenience and comfort of guests are top priorities. Very clean, comfortable rooms, snow-white sheets and towels are changed every day. Rooms are refurbished to a high quality standard and have the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in. Clean pools, the territory of the hotel is constantly kept clean. There is a great separate place on the territory of the hotel for weddings (for newlyweds there is a separate very modern separate house) birthday or other significant celebrations ... Good breakfast, lunch and dinner! The staff are very friendly and attentive, very hard working and always smiling. All Photos are completely true. It's nice when people treat their business with dedication and responsibility. Thank you for the cleanliness, comfort and pleasant conversations. And of course a separate, a huge, sincere thanks to Spiro, Fotiui, and Louiza for creating such a warm atmosphere in the hotel! Amazing hotel!! Super kind and sweet staff working in the hotel. It's an family started hotel, and the son is now the manager. Helps you out with everything you ask. The food is very good, and every day it's different. You are located 50 metres from the centrum. The nearest ATM is across the street. And you are at the beach in 5 minutes. The turtles also go at the beach nearby every evening to lay their eggs in the summer periods. So you can spot some turtles while diving. If you want to go to Zakynthos and have an amazing stay. Definitely go here! 5 stars for sure.

On arrival we got relocated to another hotel due to a “black out” in the Venus hotel (pool bar, computers an a/c in the lobby were functioning) . The other hotel was not the same class at all. Looking through the other reviews on google we realized that this is just a scam due to overbooking.

I sometimes wonder if I'm in the same place as some people who have commented on here. Even some plonker complaining and he wasn't even staying here?? The hotel is fantastic, and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. Sunbeds are padded and comfortable and swimming is fine?? So I would ignore some of the comments, great place..
