I am very satisfied with my stay in this accommodation! Staff was very friendly and Elena was extremely helpful! My room was cleaned every day and towels and bedsheets changed once every week. Bed was kingsize, there was a small kitchen counter with everything you need (fridge, small electric top stove where you can cook if you like, electric kettle, dishes, cups, glasses etc.) The studios are located 2min from Kalamakis main road where you can find shops and restaurants. During evenings the noise from the venues was not disturbing. There is a nice pool in the back yard where you can get something to eat and beverages. Beach is 7min walk and it was quiet and not overcrowded. For a low cost accommodation this place is totally worth it! If you expect for this price 4 stars hotel for those money, think again. If I am coming back to Zakinthos I am staying here again. P.S. I already left for the airport and realized I didn’t took pictures of the room, only video which uploads with bad quality here.

Not worth the money, even if it is cheap. Bed is big, yes, and the place is clean'ish, but that's the end of the good things. The room and bathroom are very small (even by Greek standards), the staff is not very friendly or helpful, the breakfast is terrible (small portions, bad quality food and drink, little choice of what you get) and large parts of the hotel smell like sewage. I strongly recommend NOT staying here.

Awful. Unfriendly staff, bad smells in most of the hotel, uncomfortable rooms, useless view and the worst breakfast! We spent 1 week in this hotel and regret every moment. Even though the place was cheap, it was still a waste of money. You're much better off paying a little more and being somewhere else. The room was small even for a Greek room with a shower and bathroom so small you struggle to clean yourself. Really uncomfortable. The staff seemed friendly at first, but anything you ask them, they either can't or don't want to help with. We asked for a second towel and were denied, we asked about boat tours and were told they don't have any information, we asked about renting a car and were told there are none available. There is a pool, but we used it exactly once because the other guests were mostly male and would make us feel very uncomfortable. I think this hotel may appeal to guys trips for short stays. Finally the breakfast. Absolutely terrible! Canned fruit, stale cheap brand of corn flakes, terrible jam, bad quality white bread, boiled eggs that were cooked for way too long and possibly the day before, orange "juice" that definitely had 0% orange in it. We genuinely ate breakfast at a restaurant nearby for most of the week even though we had already paid for breakfast at the hotel because it was inedible. All in all I strongly recommend NOT staying here.

Do not stay here! You'd be better served at a backpackers. Everything is done as cheaply as possible. The only good thing I can say is that it's relatively clean. The rooms are small and half of them have a view of the parking lot, the staff are unfriendly, the breakfast is very basic and all the components are terrible quality, you are given a towel for your room but if you need a second the answer is literally "no" (just "no", no "sorry", no "unfortunately it's like this..." , just "no.") As I say, please dont repeat our mistake, just don't stay here.

Good accomodations close to Kalamaki central, nice small town, bit touristy but nice local flavor. Clean pool. Bed was a little springsy.

The quality is what you can expect for this price. It felt like I was sleeping under the carpet. The swimming pool was unusable, and I didn't have warm water when I woke up real early. The woman cannot speak English but was trying to help. Lastly, the remote control of AC was missing, and the remote for TV was empty. We told the staff we were arriving late, so they put the key in the door untill we arrive, we felt that was kinda strange. The kittens outside give a cute wake up.

Just do not bother, room is so small and low that I have regularly hit my head on the beams and I am not even 6’ tall!! Regular power cuts (at least twice a day for the whole stay and off for hours at a time) please also note all the other hotels had power., when you take the room key tag out of the little box on the wall that cuts the power it also turns off the fridge!! Great news is then whatever is in it rapidly spoils. Pool area has one of the most unfriendly atmospheres I have ever encountered and despite the heatwave on the island by far the coldest pool. Included breakfast is a joke, stale food and what is meant to be orange juice is tainted water so never bothered despite paying for it. The highlight of the holiday was finding the Vanessa Hotel with friendly helpful staff, great atmosphere and good food, so have already booked there for next year and would advise anyone looking at this hotel to just book at the Vanessa instead
