★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing traditional restaurant with a really authentic cooking style. They special dishes are made in a so-called wood oven and it is definitely a must try if you visit. The food had an amazing taste and a clear homecoocked feeling to it. (We ordered the wood oven lamb and chicken along with chicken soup, tomato soup and a chief salad).
The owner is a very friendly and talkative. He was excited to show us his wood oven.
a o waiter and you couldn't have hoped for kinder service. Hend chatted with us but at the same time gave us space to enjoy our meal in peace.
You have to look far to find a better and more friendly place than this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely one of the best experiences we had on this vacation, the food is excellent and with a wide variety. We regret that we came here on our last night, if we had come earlier we would definitely have visited again! Happy greetings from Denmark ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good food and atmosphere, also lovely view. Prices normal but portions bigger than other places. There is big backyard , with childrens Playground, olive garden, and owners house, also u can meet owner, chef, and look inside kitchen.
We get free raki shots.
Go and try. Its worth it.

Childrens pizza, made of fresh potatoes, and its big enought for adult person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a fab Cretan experience! After placing our food order the owner came over to apologise as it was his relation's 8th birthday and the family were using the restaurant for the celebration. Later the father supplied us with free wine and another lady brought us birthday cake.
I appreciate not everyone will have this experience, but what this does show is the hospitality of this family run taverna. The food was lovely and we were made very welcome. Walk inland a little away from the main strip and you will find all these lovely traditional tavernas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place. You're welcomed with Greek 'water', loads of small things before your main course. The view is nice, place is quiet which for me is a must. Short waiting time for food, staff is really great as well :-) owner ( or his mum ) is interested in your well being, solid price for what we have eaten and drank. Clean, good food, nice people ?what else do you need. Will come back ( I did actually, 3 times).
