Absolutely recommend this lovely hotel to make your experience in Chania even better. Excellent room, location and welcoming hosts.The hosts have thought through all the things you may need during your trip to Chania. You will find little things to make your stay easier in the room. They are always welcome to help you with all kinds of travel questions and plans. You feel like home every time you return to the hotel. The location is perfect, right at the old town area the location bus station and supermarket is within 10 mins walking distance. Lots of restaurant and street food places around. But it’s in a very quiet ally so it won’t be noisy at night. The hotel itself is very modern and well design. The motion senser light on the stairway, plugs next to bed on both side and more. The door of the shower room is very sound blocking which is ideal as we are a group of 3 traveling. The shower set they provide is an local brand are very good products ! I love it ever since. It’s very nice to use the local products to support the island they live in instead of just using something random. It is a very nice , lovely place to stay and it will definitely makes your stay in Chania unforgettable. Highly recommend it! ευχαριστώ! ❤️

I usually don't write reviews, good or bad, but this visit to Chania inspired me to do so. I feel bad not remembering the name of the woman that helped us, but the other reviews say Katerina so I'll go with that. Apologies if it's incorrect! My family's stay at Viaggio was amazing, to put it in one word. The rooms were spacious, and location could not have been better! Short walk to the harbour, and very close to several food/drink options. From the moment we arrived, we were asked questions about our vacation up to that point, and were made to feel right at home immediately. Every suggestion that was given for food was fantastic! The best part was, before leaving, I found out that she was from Corfu originally, which was our next stop on the trip. She provided me with details on where to visit, what beaches to see, and food options. Again, each did not dissappoint. In short, if you are looking for very helpful staff, comfortable accomodations, and phenomenal location, I highly recommend staying at Viaggio. It's tough to see everything in Greece your go around, let alone Crete. But I know that the next time I visit Crete, I will be staying here again for sure!

Great location in old town right in the heart and a very short walk to the harbour and shops but not noisy. The rooms are beautifully decorated and large- what you see in the pictures is what you get. Katherina and her husband are the owners and could not have made you feel more welcome. Very hospitable. They also added lovely personal touches on arrival and departure with home made gifts and food made by their family. They also have great recommendations on where to eat and drink. We would definately recommend and return.

One of the most beautiful places that we visited. Katerina has been the best hostess that we could ask for. I would highly recommend Viaggio Elegant Rooms as exceptional accommodation on a very quiet street in the middle of the old town. (* a little hint- jazz fans will love this place) Memories will last a lifetime. Thank you.

An absolutely wonderful stay! Katerina is the consummate host. Ensured we were content throughout our 4 nights in Old Chania. She was full of great advice of where to eat and visit, and went above and beyond with helping us plan local bus and ferry transit to nearby sites and beaches. She’s nothing short of spectacular! The room itself was spacious (far bigger than anticipated) elegantly decorated with a super comfy bed. All the amenities we could ever ask for were there (a safe for valuables, AC, TV, coffee machine, closet space, lounge space), and I cannot express how great the shower was with excellent water pressure and temperature). Upon leaving, Katerina was kind enough to keep our bags after checkout as our flight wasn’t until much later in the evening. Overall a fantastic stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Viaggio on future visits! Bonus: Katerina gave us a lovely parting gift of olive oil and jam made by her family! Truly first class service. 10/10!

My wife and I had a wonderful time staying here under Katerina’s care for 3 nights on our honeymoon. The room was spacious and well kept with a nice balcony to have an evening drink on in the heart of Old Town. The location is impossible to beat as everything is within a short walk and it’s very quiet at night. Katerina was extremely helpful in getting us a rental car and her restaurant/bar suggestions were on point. We can’t wait to come back and visit!

Absolutely incredible stay! Would highly recommend. Katarina is a wonderful host! Perfect location and our room/balcony was so clean with beautiful finishings. We had the deluxe room with a balcony. It overlooked the cutest pedestrian street. You also get sun on the balcony around lunch time.

Can't be more perfect... Katerina is an amazing host, she even helped my girlfriend on the last day when she was sick. The location is very central (but quite calm at night), all the place has been renovated, it smells, looks, and feels brand new. Wish you a good stay there :)
