Κ	Καλλιοπη Πατουνα on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τον Ανταράτμα Θοδωρή Χιώτη και την Αλεξάνδρα Σωτηροπούλου τους γνώρισα το 2005 και ήταν οι άνθρωποι που με μύησαν στη γιόγκα. Νιώθω εξαιρετικά τυχερή που αυτοί οι δύο «Δάσκαλοι» βρέθηκαν στο δρόμο μου, γιατί με την καθοδήγησή τους, την μεγάλη υπομονή τους και το τεράστιο απόθεμα αγάπης με το οποίο περιβάλουν κάθε μαθητή τους, κατάφερα να ξεκινήσω το ταξίδι μου στην αυτογνωσία, μέσα από τη φιλοσοφία και το σύστημα εξάσκησης της γιόγκα. Ένα ταξίδι που δεν έχει τέλος, αφού ο τελικός προορισμός μετατίθεται κάθε φορά και πιο πέρα. Σας ευχαριστώ από καρδιάς! I met Andaratma Theodore Chiotis and Alexandra Sotiropoulou in 2005 and they were the people who introduced me to yoga. I feel extremely lucky that these two "Teachers" were on my way, because with their guidance, their great patience and the huge stock of love that surrounds each of their students, I managed to start my journey to self-knowledge, through philosophy and the system of practicing yoga. A journey that has no end, since the final destination is postponed each time and beyond. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
