Problem je sto je pravljeno za japanca ili koreanca, soba je minijaturna, krevet je 1,75x1,60 (bracni). Lokacija je na super mestu, sa terase imate bocni pogled na plazu i more. U samom ste centru Sartija a opet je vrlo mirno, nema buke u ulici. Sem sto vas crkveno zvono budi u 7:30 i prodavci voca koji parkiraju ispred zgrade u 8:00. Odmah ispod je odlicna pekara a market na 3 minuta hoda. Na minut hoda je plaza. Parkirate od objekta ka magistrali, uvek moze da se pronadje neko mesto. Idealno za one koji su došli kolima, ima svoj parking u dvorištu, delimično i pod nadstrešnicom. Najviše mi se dopao mir i nemanje suseda iz okolnih kuća, jer je druga strana apartmana okrenuta ka vinogradima. Ponekad se čuje magarac, što je deo šarma, seoska idila. Apartman je prostran i udoban, lepo kupatilo, pristojna čajna kuhinja i odlična terasa sa stolom. Prepodnevno sunce je na terasi, popodnevno je sa strane ulaza i kuhinje, nije bilo pretoplo.
