Vila Dimitris - Vila Dimitris

A small, two-level guesthouse consisting of several studios. Each studio has an equipped kitchen (stove, kettle, toaster), bathroom and medium-sized bedrooms. Each apartment also has a small terrace facing east. The location is rather quiet, close to the road (approx. 100m), but quite rarely frequented. The apartments inside look 4/5. Its clean. Decent tiles on the floor. Furniture may not be the most fashionable but in very good condition. Only one of the walls was plucked at the bottom, which spoiled the image of the whole. Bathroom decor from the 90s. But everything is working. Everything perfectly clean! There is Wifi but it doesn't work well everywhere - small range. The view from the terrace overlooks the garden overgrown with weeds. Such a plus that it is green. The view is like a neglected village. Cultivated flowers grow right next to the terraces. There are also some fruit trees in the garden around the apartments. Very close (about 100m) to a nice beach. Or even two. Right next to it there is a restaurant with medium prices and a shop with space prices (1kg of tomatoes for 8 euros). I was in this guesthouse when I left the Rainbow office. The price was ok for the conditions.

Great location, no sea view. Old, well kept house with 10 rooms, of which 9 are for rent. The rooms and balconies are unusually spacious for your kind of tourist accommodation. Cook have accessories. It has wi-fi, the signal is excellent. Hygiene - unsatisfactory, but with little effort, the break can be very pleasant. Advantage - the local beach is only 5 min. walking. They pay OK, with chairs, bar, restaurant ..
