The villa is in a good location, the bosses who have a pastry shop on the ground floor are ok, the Studio is functional with all the utensils and shelves needed, always hot water, tv ... the air conditioning in our studio (no 5) does not work, ie it stinks when involve, but is not used, as no light on the terrace ... the walls are cracked, as if they were damp ... all in all, nothing special, but not bad ...

Extremely big disappointment. The only good thing this villa has is the location. I just spent the summer in it and I am sharing authentic experiences. The apartment we received did not have air conditioning, although it was included in the price of the arrangement. The owners of the villa knew that before, but they did not fix it with the hope that the guests would not complain. The representative of the agency reacted and we got another apartment with air conditioning, but everything is in the phase of disintegration. The chandelier is held only on wires, and the door of the wardrobe is torn off and stands next to the closet, who knows when, the owners do nothing to put it in order. You can see the pictures in the attachment, as evidence for this. The villa does not have solar collectors with which to heat the water, but they do it with the help of a pellet boiler. That is why they are very restrictive, in 80 percent of cases, there is no hot water just when you need it, at one point we did not have hot water for a day and a half. During the intervention with the owner of the villa, we received the answer: "You are a big problem", instead of apologizing and providing the basic conditions for staying in the apartment. The guests came to our apartment five days before us. When they settled in, they concluded that the cistern was not working, and the balcony door to the terrace could not be closed. During the intervention of the house master, he dismantled parts of the cistern from an apartment that was empty at that moment, in order to repair the one in which the guests were, and he did not repair the balcony door. Five days after us, a family with two small children came to the apartment from when he dismantled the cistern. The mother had to empty the hand-held refrigerator in order to pour water into it, which she used to rinse the toilet bowl. The air conditioning in the apartment we received in exchange has not been serviced for at least 7-8 years. I had to take the filters out of it and wash them, so that they wouldn't suffocate from the dust. In addition, the blowing speed was limited to a minimum, regardless of the fact that it increases on the remote, it is transported so that the fan always rotates at the lowest speed, of course in order to consume as little electricity as possible. Both apartments, the first one we got and the replacement, were very dirty, my wife fished and cleaned both for half an hour so that they could be used at all. The courts were also very dirty, so we had to wash them too. We have visited many places, but we have not seen anything like this before, the recommendation is to avoid this villa in a wide arc.
