Ima parking na praznom placu pored, pa auto ne mora da stoji na ulici. Soba u kojoj smo odseli je imala pogled na more, sto je odlično, ali je takođe imala i pogled na luna park koji radi svako veče do ponoći, pa se do tog vremena stalno čuje muzika u sobi, čak i kada se zatvore vrata, a i soba je osvetljena reflektorima sve vreme zato što nema roletne ili nešto drugo čime bi moglo da se zamrači. Na vratima od terase nema komarnika, pa ne mogu da se ostave vrata otvorena u toku noći. Takođe, ujutru je sa te strane sunce pa ne može da se sedi na terasi. Soba je lepo sređena, jedina zamerka je higijena sobe, kada smo ušli u sobu bila je izuzetno prljava, a u kupatilu je bilo buđi. Wifi je prilično loš, često se gubi signal, a na terasi je skoro nemoguće koristiti ga. Vlasnica je namrgođena i ne baš mnogo ljubazna. The villa is in a good location, close to the beach and center. We stayed in a room on the second floor. There is parking on the empty land next, but the car does not have to stand in the street. The room we were staying in had a view of the sea, which is great, but it also had a view of the amusement park, which operates every night until midnight, and until that time, the music in the room was constantly heard, even when the door closed and room is illuminated spotlight all the time because there is no blinds or anything else which could be obscured. At the door of the terrace there is no mosquito nets, so I can not leave the door open during the night. Also, the morning is from that side so the sun can not be sitting on the terrace. The room is nicely decorated, the only complaint is the hygiene of the room, when we entered the room it was extremely dirty, and there was a torrent in the bathroom. Wifi is pretty bad, often lose the signal, and the terrace is almost impossible to use it. The owner is gloomy and not much nice.

Only thing that really bothered me was that there's nothing to shed you from the morning sun, so first coffee on the terrace is not possible. Beach is very close so is the walking area.
S	Spuki Spu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are here in Vila Fotini for 10 days and overall it is great stay. Our studio have one king size bed and one regular. There is always hot water for showering, sheets are changed once after 5 days. WiFi (great coverage 15Mbps) and air-conditioning are included in the price. Minus is that balcony is east oriented without sun shade but we are here to enjoy the beach not to spend time on the balcony so nevermind. Quality of furniture is as we expected so no problem with that. For the price it is functional and that is all we need. If you are expecting luxury ... Go somewhere else, pay higher price and don't write unreal bad reviews of this place.
