★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa Aelia din sătucul Peratata este o locație excelentă care îmbină perfect liniștea, curățenia, bunul gust și atenția la detalii.
Este locul perfect pentru familiile cu doi copii(plus un Bebeluș). Este o garsoniera cu un pat matrimonial și doua paturi mari de o singura persoană. Eleni pune la diapoziție gratuit și un pat pentru bebeluși.
Bucătăria este complet utilată, are chiar și mașina de spălat vase, lucru foarte util când nu vrei sa pierzi mult timp în Bucătărie.
În Bucătărie găsești condimente, ulei, cafea și aparat de cafea si multe altele. Grătarul de afara și terasa verde sunt de mare efect.
Casa este construită într-o livadă de măslini, la capătul unei ulițe unde nu te deranjează nimeni. Se poate asculta muzica fără probleme. Este nevoie de mașina pentru a ajunge aici, dar și la alte locații din apropiere.
Lidl și alte doua supermarketuri grecești se afla la
5 minute. Argostopoli la 10 minute. Plaja Makris Giolos la 12 minute, o plaja excelenta cu steag albastru. Aeroportul se afla situat la 10 minute cu mașina.
Gazda Eleni este o femeie foarte primitoare și de mare ajutor.
Este una dintre cele mai bune alegeri calitate-preț-locație din insula Kefalonia.
Villa Aelia in the village of Peratata is an excellent location that perfectly combines peace, cleanliness, good taste and attention to detail.
It is the perfect place for families with two children (plus a baby). It is a studio with a double bed and two large single beds. Eleni also offers a free baby cot.
The kitchen is fully equipped, it even has a dishwasher, which is very useful when you don't want to waste a lot of time in the kitchen.
In the kitchen you will find spices, oil, coffee and coffee maker and much more. The outdoor barbecue and green terrace are very effective.
The house is built in an olive grove, at the end of an alley where no one bothers you. You can listen to music without any problems. It takes a car to get here, but also to other nearby locations.
Lidl and two other Greek supermarkets are located at
5 minutes. Argostopoli 10 minutes. Makris Giolos beach at 12 minutes, an excellent beach with a blue flag. The airport is a 10-minute drive away.
The host Eleni is a very welcoming and very helpful woman.
It is one of the best quality-price-location choices on the island of Kefalonia.
