★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome new villa! Location is quiet but there is literally everything you need nearby (super market, Gas station, coffee spots, bakery, a couple great seaside restaurants for fresh fish, a couple great restaurants for meat, a few great beaches -the closest and best imo being Psarou Beach).
The Villa is very spacious and modern, very large garden for children to play in the afternoon, easy spacious parking. A swimming pool would be awesome there to be honest and I would pay extra for one.
