Hello,I wrote another comment for both villas,Belen and Fabiana,there are two gorgeous villas each with private pool,VERY CLEAN,white towels and also pool towels,Leo the owner is very funny guy and very helpful,thank you again man for all and see you soon!!!

We stayed a whole month in Villa Belen and it was just awesome. Not only the house, the outdoor area and the pool are super nice, but also the service of the house owner Leonidas and his team was amazing. We were really sad to leave because we felt so much at home. But we will definitely come back. Thanks for everything. We had a great time!

If you are looking for a villa on Zakynthos, look no further. Villa Belen is an absolute dream. The luxurious interior of the villa is designed with love and attention to detail, the outdoor pool and area (plenty of comply lounge areas) is pure bliss - not to mention the outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill - and the property is super well managed on top. The staff is caring and readily available to make your stay unforgettable. My boyfriend and I stayed there for a month and had some friends visiting us. The Villa Belen Team was easy to communicate, flexible, very accommodating, and always there to help. Daily cleaning is included too - so the villa was always spotless. We were able to enjoy the comfort of a private home without losing the hotel service! The team also offers private cooking, arrangement of activities, transportation and anything else your heart desires. They basically provided a 24/7 concierge service. This villa is perfect for a family trip, a getaway with friends or if you just want to relax and enjoy the beautiful island. It offers plenty of room to breath. We will def come back again to stay here. The location is top notch too and has the perfect distance to any point of attraction on the island. All in all - 100% on luxury and comfort 100% on cleanliness 100% on location 100% on management & staff

We can highly recommend the Clio villas. The villa is very spacious, clean, comfortable with luxurious interior. We loved the outdoor area with the view at the sea and the sunbeds. Leon has very good tips for beaches, restaurants and everything you could wish for. He even organized a very good message for us within a few hours at a rainy day. He made our holidays amazing. Thank you for everything!!

Best place to stay zakynthos the villa is amazing. We had the best customer service, the host was always ready to help and recommend great places. I would highly recommend this villa for solo or group bookings. The villa was amazingly clean and had great facilities.

Villa Belen is absolutely beautiful! I would 100% recommend to anyone!! Right from my first contact with Leonidas, his communication was superb and he went above and beyond to ensure our trip was extremely special. We had birthday decorations, a cake, private chef, transfers, the whole lot which Leo helped organise. I plan to return again very soon. FYI Villa Fabiana which is next door is identical plus has a Jacuzzi :)

Stayed at this beautiful villa recently for 6 nights. As soon as we walked in we had a tour from the host and they made us a complimentary dinner. Leo was an absolutely amazing host always available to help and gave us lots of recommendations. The villa itself is stunning and has a fantastic view. Thank you Leo for a 5 star stay.

I’d firstly like to say the host Leo was amazing from he met us at the airport right until the end of the trip. Nothing was too much of a problem for him. He was able to cater to all 7 girls requests and always had a lovely smile. His recommendations were top tier and he truly helped make the trip a success as we were celebrating 2 birthdays. The Villa itself was breathtaking and a great so comfortable. There was nothing that wasn’t to hand. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will be back in the near future.
