Great place for family as each of the four villas have their own pool.

Situated at one of the most spectacular locations of Kefalonia, this superb private villa has made our stay uniquely memorable! The wonderful and well kept gardens, the large private pool, the uninhibited sea view and the picturesque private beach are just some of its major advantages. We stayed in a two-storey house, which was cleaned daily by a most friendly staff, and enjoyed the privacy, beauty and serenity to the fullest. Amazing experience!

Very nice if a slightly oddly built villa (access to swimming pool and sea was through two downstairs bedrooms or road outside in ours). The best thing about it is the amazing sea access (not a beach, but there are a few nearby too). Great for swimming and snorkeling with few little caves to explore.

I stayed at Villa Brio last week. The location is very good with a half hour walk along the coast to Skala, where there is an excellent restaurant called The Pines. The photos on the website are misleading. Most definitely unsuitable for the elderly, disabled or children. (due to flights of slippery marble stairs). The bathrooms were extremely basic, which is probably why there is not a photo on the website. Not even a pedal bin to put toilet paper in as it doesn't go down the loo. The downstairs bedrooms are also very basic (my air con did not work). However, the upstairs bedroom had lovely views and a balcony. Bedrooms downstairs open to the lawn and pool. No handle on the outside to get back in if you want to shut your bedroom door! The layout of the villa is awkward with the only access outside through the bedroom. I nearly decamped to a very nice looking 5* hotel across the road!

Four of us stayed here in May 2018 (in the middle villa) and we had a great time. The villa was cleaned each day by a friendly team of staff. The villa we stayed in had everything you could ask for. The kitchen was well kitted out to allow you to cook meals if you wanted to. There was a BBQ to use and the nearby local shops have everything that you would need to get for it (charcoal etc). The pool is a good size to have a swim and has a waterfall coming from the villa next door's pool which gives a nice level of ambient noise during the day. It turns off during the night so it won't keep you up! The private beach is a very very short walk from the garden down to a pontoon where you can jump or climb into the sea. The rocks that form the coast line are a great spot to do some snorkeling and there are a couple of little coves that can only be accessed by swimming so if you are a confident swimmer then I'd ad that to your list of things to do. The local town of Skala is an easy walk away and has plenty of restaurants and bars to visit (Captain's Bar is good fun if you like a cocktail and the Nautilus restaurant is worth a visit if you like seafood). We had a lovely stay here and would happily stay again.
