A nice clean and simple out of the way place! The Hosts are friendly and it's a delightful place to stay apart from the kids playing football against the wall! It shatters what should be an idyllic place

A nice place to stay we had one bed apartment plenty big enough big balcony fridge kettle uncomfortable beds!air con that worked wi fi that pleased itself when to work ! Good pool great staff beer 4 euro a pint coke 2 euro sort of hotel prices skiathos is not cheap!room was clean did us fine. Bad point the beach which is 400 meters away down hill not just down hill but down a track for the last 150 metre's at a 45 degree slope not suitable at all for anybody with heart problems or not so sure on their feet!coming back up we stopped 3 times just to get our breath back.!some people hire a car just to go beach !!!!!is ok if you have a donkey Skiathos town is a 13/15 euro ride into town and the same back becomes expensive when going out to eat. The hotel for us was just to far out of town and if walking from the beach. Hire a car and enjoy it more and it's probably cheaper. Would go there again if we had a car but probably get one nearer a beach or in town. Did enjoy our stay. We was room only... There is a supermarket 500metrs away down hill but of course you have to walk back up...it's not a cheap supermarket... Best tip if you have no car walk left out the hotel to the main road to bus stop taxis stop and call out skiathos 6 euro normally 13 just to fill their seats only 2 more than the bus and less hassle....you won't got that coming back most charge 13. Go have fun

Staff here are excellent, very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Especially Christina, who funnily enough is not the owner, just a happy coincidence. We were in one of the bungalows at the back of the complex, for two of us the room was big enough but if you are using it to cook for yourself with the self catering you maybe on top of one another. There are bigger rooms by the looks of things in the main complex. Our room and bathroom was clean enough, but could do with some work around the edges. Our door did not close properly and in the daytime you could see sunlight coming through the bottom showing it wasn't sealed right, on top of a small hole in the wall we could not keep the ants out but did not cause much of an issue. There is a bit of a walk from the hotel to the main road if you dont have a vehicle, takes about 20/25 mins and is a reasonable hill so be warned if your not that mobile, did not bother us though. We only ate at the restaraunt on our first night so cant really comment on the food but the pizza was great. For the price we paid this was a good base for us to explore Skiathos and I would recommend it to anyone wanting a simple place to stay.

Fantastic staff - so friendly, helpful and attentive. We loved our week here and so did our 7 year old son! The pool was lovely and the surrounding area was beautiful and quiet. The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. Bar prices were reasonable for drinks and food and they make the best pizzas! Although the road to the hotel was steep the views were worth the walk!

Stayed here for two weeks self catered. It's great, clean and has welcoming staff. It's situated not far from local beaches and tavernas. I would recommend car/atv/scooter hire if you are not planning to spend your entire stay around the hotel and it's local beaches as it's a 15 minute downhill to the main bus stop (13) meaning you'll have to come back up it to the hotel. Air conditioning is included, our room had a safe and is cleaned daily. The hotel also does some good food at very reasonable prices.

This is NOT a 4 star hotel. This is villa and it deserves barely grade 3 and mostly because of the nice courtyard & pool area. We booked specific room via agency (Kontiki travel Belgrade, Serbia). Not only we didn't get that room, we got 3 different excuses, very bad and unprofessional attitude and a room that was represented as an upgrade which was a lie as room was barely usable. Dirty refrigerator, dirty and old facilities in bathroom, bad furniture and unequipped kitchen. Very late in the evening we got transferred to another room (still not the one we payed for) and it was a bit better. I don't know who didn't honor the contract, Kontiki travel agency or the owner of the villa (dispute with agency in progress) but problem wasn't solved and owner wasn't even interested in resolving, they were rude and unprofessional. I must add that for all our staying dates there were plenty rooms showing available on booking.com including the one we specifically booked! - Breakfast was OK but every morning the same. - For 10 days, they changed towels only once. - Hot water is a lottery. - Kitchen is poorly equipped so you won't be able to cook anything beside coffee / tea. ( I don't cook on my vacations but it can be a problem for someone) - Wi-Fi is very bad and slow although it was showing full signal. - You pay for city tax but you don't get any receipt. We had 3 days with rain and they waited for guests to remind them to change the water heating system from solar to electric as there was no hot water.

Very clean and tidy, well kept. Quiet location and good value food. Self catering holiday but very small kitchen area as studio apartment. Friendly staff and very helpful. Would stay again!
