★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A hotel that would be splendid if invested upon a little more. Rooms are comfortable however a bit old and poorly maintained. The architecture is peculiar however very practical and spacious. The pool is fairly big and pleasant to swim in just like the pool area. Overall a pretty good hotel experience that, due to its poor maintenance cannot be experienced to its full potential.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of the hotel is perfect, with 5 minutes walking distance from the Tzaneria beach. The view from the rooms is amazing, overlooking the horizon. The hotel garden is so nice and staff is very helpfull, friendly and polite. Rooms are clean, with extra pillows and blankets, equiped in minimalistic manner. Breakfast is good, with variety to choose. It is served on a terrace, on the pool with the splendid view. If you are looking for minor flaws, you may find them ( such as broken tile ), but in Cape Kanapitsa there is a lot more you should focus on! We truly enjoyed our stay here, and are looking forward to return!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to Covid we didn’t want to stay in the town so found this hotel and very glad we did! I have never stayed in a hotel with a more stunning view from the room and the pool, it is amazing. Being end of season the hotel was quiet so we were automatically given a room upgrade - nice! The room was a great size and the balcony too. There are 2 Greek tavernas within walking distance and 2 nice beaches. There is also a ferry from the beach which will take you into town so you really don’t need a car if you don’t want one! There is also a bus stop at the end of the road by the taverna. There are a few things that could have improved the stay, an iron, full length mirror and the shower could do with an upgrade - it was incredibly powerful and hot but quite a lot of limescale build up, and the chairs on the balcony were uncomfortable. But the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, they cleaned the room every day, fresh towels, bed made etc. The reception staff were very friendly and allowed us to keep the room for a small fee due to our flight being in the evening. Would definitely stay again.
