Excellent accommodation. Carefully clean Large tastefully decorated rooms. The courtyard by the pool is incredible. Six hotel ..... Highly recommended.

Σε περίοδο πανδημίας οι κανόνες υγιεινής ήταν ανύπαρκτοι ενώ η ιδιοκτήτρια παρουσίασε αγενέστατη συμπεριφορά! The price of the villa is not in line with the offered facilities! E	Eirini Papoulidou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εντελώς απαράδεκτο για μια βιλα να έχει χρησιμοποιημένα σεντόνια σε όλα τα κρεβάτια . Αρκετά απεριποιητο και βρωμικο . Δεν λειτουργούσαν τα κλιματιστικά και υπήρχαν αρκετες καμμενες λάμπες .Δεν άξιζε καθόλου τα χρήματα του . Completely unacceptable for a villa to have used sheets on all beds. Quite untidy and dirty. The air conditioners were not working and there were several light bulbs. It was not worth the money at all.

Κακή γειτονιά και οριακά επικίνδυνη. Generally the villa was not very clean! It had too many restrictions and conditions! Very bad hospitality unacceptable behavior! I do not recommend it at all! Σ	Σταυρουλα Μπατζαρακιδου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εάν υπήρχε η δυνατότητα να βάλω 0 αστέρια τότε σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα. Παραθέτω παρακάτω τους λόγους: 1. Υπήρχε πολλή σκόνη σε όλο το διαμέρισμα. Σε έπιπλα, πατώματα κ.ο.κ. 2. Τα σεντόνια σε όλα τα υπνοδωμάτια δεν είχαν αλλαχθεί από την διαμονή των προηγούμενων ενοικιαστών. Αυτό το καταλάβαμε διότι όταν πήγαμε να κοιμηθούμε είδαμε σε όλα τα κρεβάτια κοντές σγουρές ανδρικές τρίχες (είμασταν 5 κοπέλες) καθώς και ακάραια. Επίσης, σε άλλη κρεβατοκάμαρα υπήρχαν ξεραμενες μύξες. 3. Ο κλιματισμός (a/c) στον χώρο υποδοχής δεν λειτουργούσε. 4. Παρατηρήθηκε μικρή διαρροή στο wc δίπλα στην κουζίνα, η οποία δεν προκλήθηκε από εμάς. 5. Στο σαλόνι με την μεγάλη τζαμαρία με θέα τα Ιωάννινα μια εκ των (κιτς) κουρτινών ήταν ξεσκισμενη. 6. Η οικοδέσποινα αφού είχε λάβει το χρηματικό ποσό ενώ της εκφράζαμε την δυσαρέσκεια μας όχι μόνο δεν ζήτησε συγνώμη αλλά ήταν αγενής, απαθής και προσπάθησε να μας επιρρίψει ευθύνες. Συμπέρασμα: Μην μείνετε εκεί. Κλείστε κάπου αλλού. Εν ανάγκη στα παγκάκια της λίμνης. If it were possible to put 0 stars then I would definitely choose it. Here are the reasons: 1. The air conditioning (a / c) in the reception area did not work. 4. There was a small leak in the toilet next to the kitchen, which was not caused by us. 5. In the living room with the large window overlooking Ioannina one of the (kits) curtains was torn. 6. The hostess after receiving the money while we were expressing our dissatisfaction not only did not apologize but was rude, apathetic and tried to blame us. Corollary: Don't stay there. Book somewhere else. In need on the benches of the lake.
Γ	ΓΕΩΡΓΙΑ ΑΘΑΝΑΣΙΑΔΟΥ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το σπίτι ήταν βρωμικο , σκόνη παντού μέχρι και κάτω από της πόρτες είχε μαζεμένη σκόνη τουλάχιστον δυο μηνών , η ζάχαρη στην κουζίνα είχε μούχλα , καμία υγιεινή γενικά ούτε χαρτί τουαλέτας είχε , το σπίτι δεν είναι βίλα δεν είχαμε πρόσβαση στην πισίνα η στον κήπο , μεζονέτα θεωρείται δεν αξίζει τα λεφτά , η οικοδέσποινα λίγο ψυχρή αλλά ότι την χρειαστήκαμε έτρεξε κατευθείαν . Γενικά δεν μείναμε ευχαριστημένοι ! Το σπίτι χρειάζεται επίσης μικρο-επισκευές (σίτες, κάσες, μπαταρίες μπάνιου κτλ), βάψιμο και ένα καλό καθάρισμα (σε τζαμαρίες, κουρτίνες, καναπέδες κτλ). Αυτό που μου έκανε φοβερά αρνητική εντύπωση είναι το γεγονός πως μύριζε έντονα τσιγάρο και δυστυχώς η μυρωδιά δεν έφευγε ούτε με ανοιχτά παράθυρα. Επίσης η συγκεκριμένη γειτονια είναι λίγο "περίεργη" με πολλά σκουπίδια, χωματόδρομο και παραπήγματα. Δεν αξίζει επουδενί τα λεφτά του. Καλύτερα άλλου.
