We had a wonderful holiday (4 apartments / group of 11 people), Panos ( the owner) couldn't have made us any more welcome - he was the best owner I honestly ever met. The apartments were very clean, with clean new bedding/towels everyday . The pool /bar area is perfect to chill. Its such a relaxing apartment, quiet/ good location, 10 minute walk to beach or activities in the center. In brief : the owner you dream of - the place to be in Malia. Merci Panos . ?
M	Michele Dore on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have spent 10 days in this hotel with my son and not once the owner Panos has greeted us or asked us if we needed anything. He was rude, arrogant and quite patronising.. . Every time we asked him for something it was always a big ask. He was too busy entertaining his own family and the swimmimg pool was always occupied by them and their children. The wifi was never available in the room so false advertising and the shower had no pressure. The only positive was that the room was always cleaned and the maid was lovely.
