Εξαιρετική βίλλα με υπέροχους ιδιοκτήτες!! Πλήρες εξοπλισμένη που δεν λείπει τίποτα απολύτως. Βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία αλλά κοντά σε όλες τις καταπληκτικές παραλίες. Θα ξαναπάμε σίγουρα γιατί αισθανθήκαμε σαν να είμασταν στο δικό μας εξοχικό. Την συνιστώ για όποιον θέλει να κάνει διακοπές συνδυάζοντας ποιότητα, χαλάρωση, δράση και λογική τιμή. Σας ευχαριστουμε για όλα!!!!

Εξαιρετική βίλα,σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία με άκρως φιλόξενους οικοδεσπότες,χαμογελαστοί κι ευγενέστατοι στο να μας παρέχουν κάθε δυνατή πληροφορία. Άριστες υπηρεσίες καθαριότητας,καταπληκτική θέα και τοποθεσία κοντινή σε όλους τους δυνατούς προορισμούς του νησιού. Ευγένιε ελπίζουμε να ξανάρθουμε πολύ πολύ σύντομα. Σ ευχαριστούμε για την άψογη αντιμετώπιση!!!

Villa Elaionas è un posto incantevole. Immersa negli ulivi a pochi minuti dall'aeroporto (ma garantisco che gli aerei non si sentono affatto) e a 10 minuti da Argostoli. Vicina a tutto ma lontana dal caos è una casa grande, bellissima, nuovissima e molto confortevole per una famiglia o coppie di amici. Vicina alle più belle spiagge della zona sud ovest raggiungibili in 5 minuti di macchina o 20 minuti a piedi. Dotata di cucina completamente accessoriata (tostapane, bollitore, piastra ad induzione, forno, lavastoviglie e l'immancabile frullatore per prepararsi i frappè). Kiriaki, la padrona di casa, ci ha fatto trovare anche acqua, latte, caffè, succhi e il necessario per la prima colazione. Il bellissimo salotto si affaccia su una veranda ventilata comodissima per la cena e la colazione. Le 2 camere sono accoglienti, i letti molto comodi infatti oltre al materasso c'era il topper, il bagno molto pulito. sono presenti poi diversi divano letto. Anche al piano superiore è presente un'ampia terrazza dalla quale si vede bene il mare. E' presente l'aria condizionata in ogni stanza della casa. Kiriaki e il marito sono stati persone ospitali, ci hanno trattato veramente bene, sempre disponibili a consigliarci spiagge, ristoranti e luoghi imperdibili di Cefalonia. Ci hanno anche aiutato nel risolvere alcuni problemi connessi ai tamponi covid, veramente delle persone meravigliose. Assolutamente raccomandato.

Where do I even begin... Me and my family spent two weeks there and experienced constant violation of our privacy, control over the use of the property we rented, disturbance in any form and at any time and mismatch between what is offered and what it actually is. Sadly there's a character limit and I can't share our whole experience here, but there's another part of the review posted on booking.com under Villa Elaionas 1 Svoronata. A few more things I'd like to add to the list of disadvantages are: no stable and limited Wifi, no mobile service and aggressive behaviour towards me on behalf of on of the landlords - Mrs.Kiriaki Definitely wouldn't recommend if you don't like being constantly disturbed :))

Villa Elaionas 1 is a lovely place in a beautiful olive land! Amazing colors of Tuscane and very comfortable house! Two bedrooms witha huge balcony and great view to the sunset! Woaw what a sunset! The living room with beautiful sofas and the kitchen very good equiped! The owner veru friendly end always smiling brought us many greek mezedes. The garden with aromas of origan and levanda! Unique for families and couples! We loved the experience and we will be back! Efcharistoume!

The biggest disadvantages are: constant violation of our privacy space, control over the way we use the rented property, disturbance in any form and at any time and the mismatch between what is offered and what it actually is. From the photos, posted from the other account, you can see an internal staircase, connecting the basement, where to our surprice live the the landlords Mrs. Kiriaki and Mr. Karaviotis during the stay of the tenants in generall. The most disturbing part is that only the landlords have a key to that door from the photo, meaning they have full access all the time to the rented ground and second floor. We were treated with great distrust as tenants, constantly made remarks, even written ones placed on the table inside of the house, again in our abscence, and disturbed at times intended for rest.
